Great little hotel
Pros:

Great location for a stopover to break up a journey.
The town is really cute. The hotel is close to everything.
Coffee and tea making facilities in the lobby is nice.
Clean rooms, lots of towels and big rooms.

Pros:

Extremely clean, well maintained facility. I was there for one night during the weekday, so no noise issue for me. Right next to train station, so you might get some noise there, but overall the town was very calm and quiet for my stay.

NEVER BOOK THIS DISGUSTING DANGEROUS PROPRTY
Pros:

Nothing. This property was surrounded by dangerous visibly drunken people at 4 pm check in time. DO NNOT EVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

Cons:

This property is Co located with a liquor store and a bar. It smelled like a cross between a brewery and distillery. It was so bad we left without checking in. We did not feel safe in the parking lot.
When we raised the obvious danger of male drunks all around, I was told: "They usually leave at night,"

I have travelled all over (100 countries, 50 US states, all but 1 Province) and I have never had more distressing situation - drunks on the steps outside the hotel, on the sidewalk, in the lot and across the street in a park. Choose elsewhere in Pemberton, or drive on. Like we did. We lost our nights fee, but our safety was worth it.
