Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Elevator was broken & being worked on from the parking garage to the hotel. We had to navigate our belongings to the hotel room very difficulty because we’re both 80 year old seniors.

Another disappointing stay
Pros:

Close to restaurants and activities

Cons:

Chef coughed all over food then lied about it when confronted. Try to report to management but they weren’t in a rush to come over and the man was still serving the food.

The location and the Happy Hour!

Cons:

I reported items left behind that my daughter had purchased…still in bag and items were never returned to us nor did we ever hear anything back from staff. Very disappointing!

Very nice hotel. Has 2 restored on site.

Cons:

The entryway to locate guest reservations or check-in was on the 2nd floor. When I arrived I expected it to be when I entered the hotel. However, as you enter there are signs to guide you to check in. Very confusing! Also that parking deck was confusing as well. Not certain if I'll be returning.
