Pros:

The location and the Happy Hour!

Cons:

I reported items left behind that my daughter had purchased…still in bag and items were never returned to us nor did we ever hear anything back from staff. Very disappointing!

Very nice hotel. Has 2 restored on site.

Cons:

The entryway to locate guest reservations or check-in was on the 2nd floor. When I arrived I expected it to be when I entered the hotel. However, as you enter there are signs to guide you to check in. Very confusing! Also that parking deck was confusing as well. Not certain if I'll be returning.

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The chef and dining room staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Nice spot near downtown Greenville
Pros:

Good location near downtown. Up on the Roof. Accessible parking during the Fall for Greenville festival. Closeness of ice machine on 2nd floor.

Cons:

We found the beds a little too soft, and didnt get much sleep either night. It was a struggle to get the shower faucet to turn off - not sure we were able to fully master that. Refrigerator had very cold spots that froze our water bottles. No fans in bathrooms.

A great location for staying busy or relaxing
Pros:

Balcony seating over the trail was our favorite!

Cons:

Staff at the rooftop bar seemed stressed and unhappy. Maybe their job’s demands caused that, but it created a stressed and unhappy atmosphere.
