ok . The staff were very helpful on arrival. it was a good location.
Pros:

All went well and a good location to our daughter's place.

Cons:

Our view out the window was the pits straight into a concrete wall and we were never advised of such. We could not dress for the weather because we couldn't see the outside. It was like paying for a trip to prison, that is how we felt.
There were no instructions books on how to use the hot plate or oven.

Great Location, spacious apartment with everything you need
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious, very comfortable for 4 of us. Loved the location and being central to everywhere we wanted to be.

Cons:

The air con didn't help during the middle of the day. It was hard to get airflow throughout the apartment and was too hot for us to be there during a sunny day. Could imagine this accom would be good in winter when you do want the warmth trapped inside.

Friendly & lovely staff. Ryan was amazing & was able to sort out the bed as one of the wheels wasn't intact & got one of the kitchen necessities replaced promptly. Thank you Ryan.
Great location even though I used to live in Petone so I already knew it was close to beach, shops, restaurants & the train station & many more places in Petone.
Loved how they displayed my name on the tv on the Welcome message

Cons:

Probably just the rusty frypan that was in the kitchen drawers. Probably good if the everything can be checked before guests arrive. But I was able to get a brand new frypan when asked for.
