Pros:

Skvělá lokace, blízko linky metra Lavander (zelená linka) a Nicoll Highway (žlutá okružní linka), zastávky autobusů jsou také blízko. Hned naproti hotelu je Hawker centrum Golden Mile - úžasný a levný jídlo! Bazén na střeše je bonus, nebylo tam moc lidí, takže fajn. Skvělé paní uklízečky, vždy milé a usměvavé, všude čisto. Možnost nechat zavazadla na recepci po check-outu a používání bazénu je fajn.

Cons:

Personál - neochotní, protivní, zejména paní recepční... Jedna paní u recepce řešila nějaký problém, recepční jí vyignorovala a po jejím odchodu se s kolegou začali paní vysmívat. Při odjezdu je vám nabídnut late check-out, ovšem na recepci se dozvíte, že ceny jsou bez daně, to již nikde uvedeno není. V noci jsem slyšel uřvané Číňany ve vedlejších pokojích (blížil se čínský nový rok, proto jich byl hotel plný), takže bych hotel nedoporučil někomu s citlivým spánkem, ale rozhodně to může být horší. Na konci pobytu recepční pouze převzala karty od pokoje, nerozloučila se, nepoděkovala za pobyt, nic... Při příjezdu nás rovněž nikdo nepřivítal, vše bylo bez emocí.

Cons:

寢室內浴廁所部分清潔部分需加強，提供用的洗髮精及沐浴乳容器下方的提把部分已氧化，雖可使用但觀感不好，房內整容鏡只有清下半部，上半部仍有灰塵。樓層電梯門灰麈應注意清潔。

Für 1-2 Nächte passable Lösung
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, naturgemäß in großem Raum mit viel Trubel. Insgesamt schon etwas abgewohntes Hotel mit verflecktem Teppichboden und recht kleinem Doppelbettzimmer sowie winzigem Bad. Ein Mitarbeiter bei Check In sehr kühl, fehlendes Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Alle anderen Mitarbeiterkontakte von großer Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit geprägt. Nächste MRT-Station etwas weiter entfernt (ca. 10 min). Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis angemessen.

Cons:

Teppichboden gehört grundgereinigt oder ausgetauscht. Auch hinter der WC-Schüssel sollte geputzt werden (vermeidet unangenehmen WC-Geruch!). Bei Ankunft rauchende Mitarbeiter, die wohl für die schweren Koffer zuständig wären. Mußten selbst Wagen für den Koffertransport holen und beladen.

Very clean, good location. True value for money. We knew from the beginning that the room was small, therefore no disappointment, the hotel is very transparent. The pool view is amazing.

Pros:

Great location - 30 mins or so stroll along the river to Marina Bay Sands, 15 minutes to the Stadium - right in the thick of things. Comfortable clean rooms and efficiently cleaned.

Cons:

No hot water, complained twice. Not very happy staffs. No options for breakfast. Except $36 US buffet is the only option. Just wanted toast or fruits... Gym is small but no AC.
