Prima locatie vlakbij Kampong Glam. Op de dag van vertrek konden we nog douchen later op de dag, voor we naar het vliegveld gingen
Property was ok.
The room cards didn’t work, the locks became faulty on the second day of the stay. We had to change room after checking in which was a hassle while my wife was sick.
The new rooms shower was leaking and due to something all the lights and power in our new room went off.
Because we were shifting the room and the room lock wasn’t working and there was so much hassle, me and my wife couldnt leave the room unattended to buy salt for her to gargle so she went down to request some from the reception - the reception staff told her to request it from the male staff in the kitchen and he should be able to help. The male staff at the kitchen was very rude and yelled at my wife for the request she made. The behavior and attitude was very rude towards the guest and shows unprofessional on the part of the hotel to train their staff customer service and care. The only reason my wife requested for some salt from the hotel was because we couldn’t leave the room unattended and she was extremely sick. Instead of carrying for the guest who were caused so much trouble and hassle because of the room amenities not working, the staff were unprofessional! We have never faced this sort of behavior despite being to multiple different countries and hotels.
Good location & ease of connection to public transport.
Not value for money. Rooms were too small. No amenities for kids & breakfast was monotonous, without daily change of menu.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the MRT, making it easy to get around. Walking from Nicoll Highway MRT with luggage can be a bit challenging, but it’s manageable. Be sure to take the elevator down before passing the concourse building (distinctive building), otherwise you may find yourself carrying your bags down a set of stairs. On the return trip to the MRT, there are stairs leading into the station, as the escalator only goes up—something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage. Without bags, though, the walk is very easy.
There are plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel is just a short distance from the Sultan Mosque area, which is great for exploring, shopping, and dining.
Amenities: The pool was lovely and a great place to relax, though a few umbrellas would make it even more comfortable on sunny days.
Room: The room is slightly dated, though still comfortable and perfectly acceptable for a stay. That said, a refresh or modern update would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Nosso grupo ficou em três quartos diferentes e todos estavam fedendo a mofo. O carpete fedia molhado em todos os quartos. O cheiro foi insuportável para todos. O box do banheiro não tem porta e molha tudo.
De locatie is prima, tegenover een aantal foodcourts en alles is prima bereikbaar met een grab. Vanaf het dak is zelfs de dagelijkse lichtshow bij de marina zichtbaar.
De luchtvochtigheid in de Kamer. De ventilatie in het hotel werkt niet goed of is niet geschikt. Alles is extreem vochtig tot het beddengoed aan toe. Ook de vloerbedekking in de gangen en kamers is ranzig. Veel vlekken. Aan het management: los dit op en je hebt een prima hotel. Ik kan het in deze conditie niet aanbevelen aan anderen.
