The location, as most of the things are walking distance plus metro is close by as well and they provided us an early checkin as well.

Staff friendly, hotel reasonably comfortable, breakfast good and really enjoy the location and closeness to MRT.
Water in the bathroom was only luke warm - mentioned it on first day and meant to be fixed but no improvement.

The view from the room was boring and the room has no balcony (at least the one i selected).
The staff were helpful. I asked for a room with a bidet and they made sure to prepare it for me earlier before my arrival which is really appreciated.
The location is a bit far away from attractions. And the room is kinda small, but it’s understandable in Singapore
Location is great, walking distance to Kampoeng Glam. It’s an old hotel. Staff was okay, receptions team not that welcoming, not the hospitality we expect from Wyndham group. We check out a day early, as can’t sleep properly the whole stay. The only pleasant thing was the older staff at breakfast time, the uncle who collection the dishes, he was welcoming and always smile to everyone. We didn’t catch his name.
Room and carpet smells damp, we went upstairs to see the pool area and it was busy and the whole area needs maintenance. The gym area so dusty.

One of the female staff members at reception was not very friendly or helpful, I then chose to chat with other staff members who were more than helpful. This is my only small criticism about the property.

The location and the pool facilities and staff very friendly and helpful . The dinner we had was amazing .
The first room was very musty and the carpet was coming up out from the shower and I tripped on it .
We got moved to another room which was good.
