部屋のシャワーが弱すぎる。
皆が大浴場を使うとは限らない為、部屋でお風呂を済ませる人もいる事をもっと考えた方が良いと思う。
それと、部屋のスリッパは特に今の時期、前の宿泊客が使用したスリッパを使用するのはあり得ないかと...。
勿論、消毒などはしているのだと思いますが、スリッパは使い捨ての物を用意された方が良いのでは？
土産物売り場はもっと充実させた方が良いかと思います。土産物を探す時間が無くホテルで買いたい人も多いのでは？と思いますが、土産コーナーが全く魅力を感じなかった。

レストランの営業時間の案内がありませんでした。20時にしまっているという状況でした。写真ほどラグジュアリーではありませんでした。お風呂はよかったと思います。wifiも繋がったり繋がらなかったり不便しました。

外の機械の音がうるさい

食事は、とても良かったです。雰囲気もよく朝夕とおいしくいただくことが、できましたが、残念だったのは、部屋のシャワーがお湯が出ず、チェックアウトの前に、使いたく４５分くらい出しっぱなしにしてみましたが、でなかった。時間もなかったので、フロントには言わなかったけど、、大浴場はあるけれど時間外だったし、部屋にお風呂がついているから選んだのに、、お客さんが少ないからか、、あとは、レンタカーを借りてホテルまで行ったけど、場所がわかりにくかったです。

朝食付きにしました。
バイキングとかではないけど、ヘルシーで爽やかな朝を迎えられました。
天気も良かったせいか、気持ちいい気候も相まって最高の一日でした。
洞窟風呂もユニークで良かったです。
温泉ではなかったと思いますが、綺麗で快適でした。
