Posizione e camere spaziose reception sempre gentilissimi e la signora Serena super attenta a soddisfare ogni richiesta

Struttura
La struttura è semplice ma ben curata. Le camere sono sempre pulite e ordinate, grazie al personale delle pulizie attento e gentile. La reception è accogliente e molto disponibile, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Non mangiando pesce, mi hanno proposto ogni giorno soluzioni alternative per la cena. È possibile prendere in prestito gli ombrelloni per le spiagge libere e, se necessario, l’hotel si appoggia a un noleggio di scooter molto comodo.

Ristorante
Il ristorante è ben organizzato. Il buffet degli antipasti è ricco e prevalentemente a base di pesce, con valide alternative di verdure e piatti tipici locali. La cena è sempre varia e di qualità. Il personale di sala si distingue per cortesia e professionalità.

Zona
La posizione è strategica. Il centro si raggiunge in circa 5 minuti di motorino, mentre la spiaggia di Cala Guitgia è comodamente accessibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti.

La nostra camera a pian terreno , spaziosa dotata di tutti i confort, con l accesso alla terrazza con due lettini 😎Personale gentile e disponibile , colazione molto buona 😉sicuramente ci torneremo!!!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno presso questa struttura ci siamo sentiti come a casa, lo staff disponibilissimo inoltre la camera ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative se dovessimo ritornare a Lampedusa sicuramente ci soggiornerei nuovamente.

I was lucky enough to be staying in Lampedusa for a while.
The location of Alba D'Amore is excellent. Near to Guitgia Beach and a comfortable walk to Via Roma; the main Street in Lampedusa.
When I booked, I checked the photos and arranged half board. On arrival I was collected from the airport, a 5 minute journey, by Andrea who was very courteous and welcoming. Arriving at the Hotel I was greeted by Caterina whom I had been emailing to book my time at the Hotel. I was shown to my room and went down to dinner. First impressions were 'WOW', as the hotel had been getting a facelift since the pictures were taken, it was like walking into a 5 star establishment.
The dining staff, Roberto, Roberta and Marta were extremely attentive although we all struggled with my very badly spoken Italian! But this didn't stop them all from helping to explain the dinner choices which we're delicious every night.
The spa at the time was being refurbished but I was lucky to be shown what had been completed already and it matched the high quality finish of the restaurant and newly refitted rooms. This hotel is one to book for any length of stay for the friendliest welcome and continued help even by the lovely maids. The chefs cook fresh food every sitting and I ate like a king!

The walking distance to the (new) port is less than five minutes, to the city less than ten minutes.
The staff was very friendly.
Car park in front of hotel.
Room was small but clean; unfortunately no daylight.
No good wifi- or internet-connection, maybe a Lampedusa problem.

Perfect apartment very nice and new modern very tidy very good food staff all very helpful and kind people you feel their love for the hotel location is perfect to reach all the island only one small prob is the the charge for towels to change them room service but we will be back again next year for sure in the apartment thanks from a satisfied customers from Malta

We had 2 apartments they are simply beautiful fully air conditioning very comfortable plenty of room! Extremely modern will attach photos! Perfect with kids! Close to everything ;) family run buisness very nice and helpfull! Prices at the bar were good too ;)

We had booked an apartment through our travel agent, and doesn't regret anything when choosing this hotel. Apartment was finished with very high standards, very clean and very well equipped kitchen with hob, microwave grill and fridge/freezer. Bathroom was also nicely finished and all required facilities. We had also a small patio outside with two sunbeds and table. The location is ideal, close to one of the beaches and approximately 15 min walk to the center. All the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended!
