Location is fair, not wow. Staff were good

Cons:

Rooms are quite small. I had a 2 bedroom. Had to use the lounge and dining table to maneuver our bags. Bathroom is nice. They limit u to 4 bottles of water per day. Would have been nice to give us one or two when we asked. We had to buy from them. It's the little things that matter. Breakfast was very basic. Could improve on their spread

Decent Hotel
Pros:

Air con was the coldest in all my travels. At least, in my room. Bathroom was huge! Bed and couch were comfortable.

Cons:

Gym had no fan or AC, better off not having a gym. I chose to work out in my room instead. I asked for a fan and waited, but nobody brought one.

Room had burnt out lightbulbs, lamp and side table lamp didn't work. Breakfast didn't have many veggie/healthy options. I skipped breakfast the second day. They had good fruit though!

Overall it was a decent hotel, but I'm not dying to come back.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel . From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The front desk team was especially helpful — they assisted us with taxis, room arrangements, and answered all our questions with a smile.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the beach and cafes, restaurants, shops etc. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
Breakfast was another highlight — a good variety of options, fresh and delicious. The staff in the breakfast area were lovely, especially a young man named Phong. We asked him many questions about local markets and where to buy technology, and he went out of his way to show us different options and give us great advice.
We truly enjoyed our stay, thanks to the hospitality of this hotel. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang !
