لست راضياً في المجمل عن هذا الفندق
Pros:

قرب موقعه من المطار والبحر ووسط المدينة وتعامل الموظفين الجيد

Cons:

أصوات ضجيج الطائرات عند إقلاعها
ثم إن السويت الذي استأجرته عبارة عن ملحق بسطح الفندق لا يمكن الوصول له بالمصعد وإنما عن طريق درج جانبي ضيق وصعب وأسقف الغرف تكاد تلامس الأرض في بعض جوانبها كذلك باب إحداها يلزم أن تنحني لتدخل ولا يمكنك الوقوف داخل الغرف بل تمشي وأنت خافض ظهرك كأنك في كهف أو منجم وذلك غير مذكور في وصف الغرف أو صورها في التطبيق والإفطار غير متنوع ولا يلبي كافة رغبات من هم من خارج البلاد

الفندق رهيييب مره انصحكم فيه مكانه ع خط حيوي و سفر يمديك تروح ريزه و ايدر و اوردو المكان ف النص ومررره قريب من المطار و صوت الطيارات م تسمعن فيه عزل الفندق امااان ورهيييب ونظيف اطلالة البحر مرررره حلوه و واضحه الفطور ف مطعم فوق و المطعم مرتب وحلو

كل شيء جميل بوركت الجهود
Pros:

المكان جميل والطاقم متعاون ومتفهم أما الطعام جيد ولكن لا وجود للخبز الاسمر أو خبز الحبة الكاملة يحتاج التركيز أكثر على البدائل الصحية مثل العصائر الطازجة والشاي الاخضر وخبز الحبة الكاملة

Fridge not working , heater not working , I asked for iron they brought iron with three pin cable ( seems forgotten by guest not own by hotel ) , breakfast with very poor variety , even black coffee you to have pay for , toiletry only one refill shower gel available , room cleaning was poor as well

غرف واسعه فيو ممتاز على البحر مباشرة افطار جيد وأثاث متوسط

أمانة ادارة الفندق نسيت جوازي و رخصة القيادة و مبلغ مالي
ورجعت جميعها وهذا عمل نبيل يشكرون عليه

Cons:

حجزت عن طريق بوكينج لمدة ليلتين و عند رغبتي في التجديد رفع السعر ولم يتفاوض معي

Clean and good location, worth the price
Pros:

The location, the service and the breakfast were very good, and the receptionist I think his name is Ali, was very helpful and cooperative, we checked in after midnight and he helped us. I recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Trabzon
