I checked out and forgot my hair Clipper, Sent my colleague to collect but was told it's not there. Essential stuff who was cleaning took it

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable

Cons:

The aircorn, and wheelchair setup at the shower was very slippery. Not a train smash though.

Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

When we arrived the lady at reception was very unfriendly, we did arrive at 14:00 she just said room not done, she did not even greet us properly.

I would stay there again if we had a netball match there
Pros:

I like the restaurant in the hotel, the food was amazing

Cons:

The fact that we got splits units with my family, they could have place us together given combine booking. I think due to the lack of paying attention to detail from the staff. The staff also could have been a little more pleasant.

The room was clean, comfortable bed and spacious

Cons:

There was no microwave in the room, the aircon only blows cold air, they also didn’t include enough cutlery, just 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups
