La vista dalla camera, che di prima mattina ti rilassa

Cons:

Sinceramente visto che il check in si fa nel pomeriggio, consiglierei di tenere una camera dove poter mettere i bagagli se si arriva prima e potersi magari cambiare.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione, un piccolo imprevisto nn può essere sottovalutato.
Se per un qualsiasi problema nn si possono offrire le brioches fresche, bisognerebbe attrezzarsi con delle brioches confeziona

Clean hotel staff very rude

I stayed at this hotel with my family we had a mixed experience at Hotel Bracciotti some members of staff where very rude especially the blonde lady at breakfast who made us feel unwelcome and older dark curly haired lady on reception spoken to us like crap and repeatedly gave us dirty looks and pointed in our faces when we asked for anything during a storm we was stranded at the hotel when we asked if we could buy food or snacks we was told no so we ordered some food so my children could eat and they would not let us up to our room with food or inside the lobby so my children where forced to eat outside in the cold and rain why staff smirked I found this disgusting and the staff where fully aware because of the storm it wasn’t safe to go out apart from these issues the room was really clean and comfortable and the maids where in every day the older small gentleman that was on the reception of a evening was really friendly and the staff serving the food where really friendly I wouldn’t Stay at this hotel again

I would avoid this hotel - this is mostly because of the rude owner who doesn’t respect guests’ hard earned money and do

Good location. Pool was a plus.

Cons:

Poorly managed. Breakfast not that great - they make people line up to get a croissant and fruit tarts - all guarded carefully so people don’t get too many. Rude personal. The owner is definitely someone who doesn’t think guests need to be respected. Apparently she didn’t like that one evening we took a pizza in the roof / pool area and instead of saying “food is not allowed in the roof” and end it there, she made sure to tell us that we can’t bring food from outside- not even our room - because she also runs a restaurant and we should eat there. Although we didn’t know about the roof area food restrictions, we apologized but also mentioned that she should not ask guests to buy food from her restaurant if they want to bring something in the room and have a nice evening in the balcony. She doubled down and kept being rude and at the end rolled her eyes and moved away. There are so many hotels in the same street - my advice is not to book your vacation where you will be insulted. She definitely ruined our mood and day. I should have paid attention to similar reviews from previous guests - I am not the first one to complain.
