It was worth the trip
Pros:

It was comfortable , staff was friendly , I had ocean front. There was always parking.

it says ocean view and didn’t even mention rooms not being on ocean view but being “city view” so when booking this i booked it thinking we were getting an ocean view and did not and was not happy about that

My stay here was great , one of the cleanest beach hotels i have ever stayed at. I will stay here again.

Very nice, clean, great view management very nice.

Coffee was good. Didn’t eat breakfast. Beautiful swimming pool. Loved the deck with chairs facing the beach. Pool area clean and maintained.el

Miss it already!
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally friendly. We had issues with our air conditioner and within 10-15 min we had a brand new one.

The rooms are very clean and mostly updated but, we will not be return guests.
Pros:

The staff was pleasant to work with and the room was very clean. This was probably one of the cleanest motels we have visited. The room was updated and the views of the ocean were great. The coffee shop was good as well. The food was good and the staff was nice.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable as well, but I always bring my own. The bathroom was updated but very small. The air conditioning worked but instead of cycling on and off like A/C normally does, the unit turned off and turned back on when the temperature would rise. It was annoying enough to wake me up several times throughout the night.

I'm super happy with our stay at the OIR.
Pros:

The pool and room were very clean no carpet which was a worry for me. The staff was great. The owner even came to our rescue when our truck wouldn't start. He went out of his way to jump us and get us back on the road in no time. We WILL def be staying there again next year.

Cons:

The coffee wasn't great but that's an easy fix.

For the most part it was a good stay.
Pros:

Beach view.

Cons:

Didn't find out until I was leaving that they didn't have coffee in the room but that I could ask for it at the front desk.
No tissues in the room.
That I would also have to bring creamer and splenda from home.

We were just down for the day to walk Cape May. Hotels way too expensive in Cape May.
Pros:

Price, location and availability. Cleanliness and comfort. Woman working front desk was very personable. I inquired about dining - the place she recommended was wonderful!

Cons:

Bathroom was very small. Very few outlets to use for charging phones - phone had to sit on the floor to use the outlet in the room. No freezer in the mini refrigerator - needed it to keep our ice packs frozen for our cooler. Room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, but no coffee supplies were put in the room. Heating system was a little iffy - had a maximum temp you could set it to and was a little noisy whenever it kicked on. I also didn't like being put in a room overlooking the main street...would have preferred being more in the back towards the ocean.
