Everything was good, except at first I couldn't find hotel because it wasn't an obvious sing for it.

Error.
I reserved for several nights. I prefered to leave the hotel and lost my money. I tried to get any arrangement with Travelocity and I am still waiting an answer from them. Just an answer.
The room wa reallly unconfortable, but I got the hotel after a long late flight and only until next day I could find a new location.
Terrible

the staff are not trained and the hotel's refund policy is not good.

My money was stolen from inside the room, wouldn’t stay here again even for free

Localité à éviter : en face d'une route rapide, pleine de bus et de voiture. A côté de quartiers difficiles PB de sécurité surtout la nuit. Loin du métro. Bref à éviter !!

Super Hotel für diesen Preis. Mitarbeiter alle unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch Klasse, 10-15 Minuten Fußweg bis Eminönü. Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. WLAN Verbindung überraschend gut, lief ohne Probleme. Für den Preis ein unschlagbar gutes Hotel, komme aufjedenfall wieder.

Konum itibariyle mükemmel. Eski bir yapıdan çevrilme olduğu görüntüsü var ama amaç geceyi geçirmekse bu fiyata bulunmaz. Odalarda klimanın olması artısı. Otel görevlilerinin ilgisi güzel. Otopark bahçe olarak olmasa da otelin yanında bırakabiliyorsunuz. Biz otelden çıktıktan sonra bile arabamızı otelin yanında bıraktık ve anahtarı resepsiyona bıraktık. Gezdik, dolaştık ve yedi saat sonra gelip aracımızı aldık. Her şey için teşekkürler.

İyi yanları : Anında sıcak su geliyor, ulaşım olarak heryere yakın (metro,otobüs,vapur)

Kötü yanları : Bulunduğu muhitte acayip acayip tipte insanlar var.Ailenizle yada eşinizle giderseniz tedirgin oluyorsunuz.Otopark var dediler(otelin sokağınıdaki duvar dibi).Yukarıdan arabanın üzerine hersey dökülüyor. Banyo tam komedi ( Tuvalet banyo ve duşu 2m2 alana sığdırmışlar. En 60cm klozete oturunca ayaklar duvara değiyor.) 3 gün kaldık. (Otelden gezmek için çıkış ve geri dönüş olmak üzere 6 farklı resepsiyonist gördük.Her defasında farklı kişiler vardı.)
Gelirken kahvaltı olmadığını biliyorduk.Ancak kahvaltıya ek ücret bile verecek olsanız öyle bir imkan yok otelde. 3 günün üçünde de temizlik yapılmasını biz gerekli görmediğimiz için istemedik. 2. gün kat hizmeti istedik. Çarşaflar sirkelenip tekrar serilmiş sadece , Havlular katlanmış değiştirilmemiş. Yeni terlik konulmamış, yastıklar pis kılıfları temiz görünüyor sadece. Buz dolabı var. İyi soğutuyor ama içi pis.(Silmeylede geçmiyor.)

Bu kötü tarafı değil ama bunuda yazayım görüp değiştirirler belki. Duşun telefonunun hortumu patlak. Duş aldırıyor ama. Bir tanede allah için tabure koyun. Banyoda pencere var tam duş alınacak yerde (alt mahrem yerleriniz meydanda) tabiki buzlu cam ancak dışarıdan biri sizi cine5 şifreli yayını gibi izleyebilir.

Sonuç olarak otele sap sap (Erkek erkeğe) gelip gezmek istiyorsanız gelin kalın. Ama eş ve aile ile gelinecek yer değil.

Das Hotel liegt zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel ist einfach aber sauber und das Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Fazit : sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder.

Güzeldi mevki olarak çok güzel fakat ufak tefek hizmet sıkıntıları vardı en büyük döküntüsü park yerli tuttuk oteli ama park yetinde çok sıkıntı yaşadık depoların önüne park ediyorduk ve sürekli arabayı alabilir misiniz soruları sakın ekstra park yerli tutmayın ekstraya gerek yok oteli gerisinde gayet güzeldi. İstanbul’a geldiğimde her zaman tercih ederim . Güzeldi...

Very small rooms. OK if u have to spend just a short time span.
I don't consider it a good value for money though.

It was a small hotel in old İstanbul but access to metro and bus was good

Location was central to most attractions...price was good...room was clean and as presented in photos...

They are so nice and helpful . I recommend it . You will feel at home

The manager was very welcoming and helpful. All members of the staff greeted us with open arms.

Obviously I Searched cheap hotel for two of us
And I knew if I book cheap hotel not gonna be 4 starts Hotel or Quality
By the way I have been many times in cheap hotels in Turkey and mostly are really good about service and cleaning
But this hotel are the worst hotel I seen
Really . even if you complain about your problem inside the hotel there’s no solve
Hotel location is good the people who working there are good too I mean about the welcoming
I arrived late night to hotel and when I checked in the room was smelly from bath room and the bed wasn’t for couple
It’s was two single bed putting together
I didn’t complain because was late night and we were really tired
In the morning I explained my problem before I go out the hotel and the guy on reception he said, okay we will change room no problem
But the room didn’t change because all bed are singles !
And other problem our air conditioner wasn’t work and was really cold at night
Next day I got small blanket lol from perception that help a bit
You can pay same money in much better hotel
I don’t recommend the hotel at all

It is what it says on the tin, it is a budget hotel but adequate and clean and convenient for public transport and shopping.
