Small friendly hotel in heart of downtown Batumi.
Pros:

small friendly hotel in heart of Downtown Batumi...but just 5 minutes walk from Dolphinarium and Beach promenade.
Good staff.. nice room, cosy with all that is listed on the booking site.
including robes, slippers and toiletries.
bed was comfortable and room had a balcony also.
smoke free with good TV channels.
best is the location for downtown area and great value for money. Provided all the amenities you get at a 4 star international hotel for a 3rd of the price!

Highly recommend...
Pros:

I stayed two weeks... friendly staff! Awesome food! Live music on Saturdays... Great location- 5 minute walk to the beach... 10 minute walk to a historic park... will stay there next time I visit Batumi!

Better during the tourist season I think
Pros:

Breakfast was not up to par for the price. The location is good for those visiting enrollees at the Maritime Academy and the Dolphinarium. The room was comfortable but the smell of others smoking kept seeping through the windows and balcony.
