Плохая шумоизоляция, из-за которой невозможно уснуть!
Pros:

Очень хороший персонал, девочки очень приветливые.
Номера достаточно просторные, есть фен, мини - бар, сейф
На первом этаже есть кухня с завтраками.
Мы заселялись вечером, нам любезно предложили чай.
Завтрак был хороший ( яичница, сосиски, сыр свежие овощи, йогурт, на выбор каши, сладости, кофе, чай, соки) в Полне достаточно позавтракать. Все было горячее и свежее.

Cons:

К сожалению есть и минусы.
Самые главный это плохая Шумоизоляция!
В номере Всю ночь был странный, посторонний шум-гул, из-за которого трудно было уснуть, практически Не возможно, и непонятно откуда он, а также музыка, уснули мы только под утро. Мы спустились на ресепшен, нам сказали, что звук от сауны и ничего больше.
В номере также плохо ловил WiFi и было прохладно. На заметку лифта нет.
Надеюсь, наше замечания примут во внимание, с целью улучшения сервиса!

Pros:

Персонал приветливый.

Cons:

Не понравилось: отсутствие чайника, кофе и чая в номере, питьевой воды в бутылках, как бесплатная опция (тоько в баре за оплату). В случае раннего убытия не предоставляется ланч бокс вместо завтрака, хотя он оплачен. Нет лифта, багаж пришлось оставлять на Ресепшине

Рекомендую отель для проживания.
Pros:

Завтрак стандартный для оьелей ,где завтрак включен.Всегда был вовремя без задержек.Первые два дня не было мачла,но потом появилось.

Cons:

При расчете наличными цена оказалась выше ,чем через booking....Обычно всё наоборот😀.Но этот возможно связано с персональной Genius скидкой.В любом случае администрация пошла навстречу.
