We had a stay of 4 nights with a room with a view on Lake Garda. Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, really good service with a family atmosphere hotel. They serve fantastic breakfast with Italian specialties that you won't find anywhere else.
Hotel has a good swimming pool with relaxation area. And as new, they offer morning yoga on a fantastic terrace and morning running if you want to do some exercise. Beach 10 m from the hotel where you can stay on the hotel's sunbeds and enjoy the view. 10 min walk to the center.
Free parking in the parking garage.
We give the place the best recommendation.
Vi havde en ophold på 4 natter med værelse med udsigt mod Garda Søen .Fantastisk beliggenhed, venlig og hjælpsom personalle, rigtig god service med familieatmosfære hotel. De serverer fantastisk morgenmad med italienske specialiteter som du ikke finder andre steder.
Hotel har en god svømmebassin med afslapning område. Og som nyt tilbyder de morgenyoga på fantastisk terrasse og fælles løb hvis man vil dyrke lidt motion. Strand 10 m fra hotellet hvor man kan ligge på hotellets solstole og nyde udsigten. 10 min gang til centrum.
Fri parkering i parkeringskælder.

Great location on the lake within walking distance to Malcesine. Very nice staff and beautiful view from the room

Snabb och smidig incheckning, bra rum, hårda sängar. Parkering fanns med än så trångt var försiktiga när ni kör ner bilen.
På första våningen små balkonger men ok att sitta på, promenadstråk precis utanför. Promenad avstånd till byn med stort utbud av shopping och mat.
Mysigt att sitta på hotellets brygga för en dryck efter dagen

Hyvä sijainti rannalla, josta lyhyt matka ns. Keskustaan. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Lisäksi iso plussa pysäköinti. Hotellissa oma autohalli.

Bella struttura, pulita e funzionale. Ottima cucina e personale molto gentile e accogliente.

Tolle Lage, perfektes Frühstück mit Früchten und sehr gutem Cappuccino zum selber nehmen auch das Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang am See, war sehr gut. Voll nett war, dass wir am Abreisetag noch gratis dort parken durften. Gerne wieder

I t would appear the entire family reside in the reception/dining area of the hotel!. Room was small and noisy, alongside main roadway,. with no air conditioning or temperature control. Bathroom also small with inadequate shower cabinet and poor water flow .Despite our request regarding room temperature we were informed the air conditioning had been switched off for winter. Management extremely unhelpful.
Not the standard one should expect from a four star establishment.

Fint hotell med bra läge och med god frukostbuffé. Servicen (i receptionen) var inte i samma klass tyvärr. Rummet som vette mot sjön var mycket varmt och kylskåpet var inte kallt. När jag påpekade detta för personalen fick jag inget bra bemötande utan de betedde sig som om att det inte var något fel och var inte trevliga. Toalettstolen var inte rengjord. Kommer inte att boka detta hotell någon mer gång.

The Europa Hotel has a lovely position right on the lake shore with beautiful views along the lake and down to Malcesine. It is far enough out of town to avoid most of the bustle but close enough to walk in to shop, eat or just take the view. The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake. The hotel restaurant is a perfect alternative if you do not wish to try what Malcesine has to offer.

Das Hotel war ganz okay. Das Zentrum von Malcesine gut zu Fuss an der Strandpromenade in nur 0.9Km erreichbar. Beim Bezug der Zimmer auf der Bergseite sind Ohrenpfropfen empfehlenswert, der Strassenlärm kann in der Nacht störend sein.
