B&B HOTEL Marne-La-Vallée Torcy

The location of the hotel is fantastic for the RER for both Disney or central Paris, it’s a 2 minute walk to the station.
Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The room I had was very quiet and I didn’t hear any metros going past. Room has all your basic amenities and was cleaned daily. Pillows were particularly comfy.
Only thing that could be improved would be, I thought the duvet was a little short width ways. It was fine for me as a solo traveller, but I think couples might be fighting for covers.

Lovely hotel, ideal for Disney. Located 5 minutes walk from train station. Breakfast was good. Beds super comfy.

First night in the hotel, reached back to room around 10:30pm and then AC stopped working and it was 31 degrees in Paris. The window didn’t open so asked for help to finally open after about an hour. No fan or alternative room offered. Had to sleep in bed sweating. Only at around 3am when the outside temperature dropped that we could get some sleep.
Customer Services was completely useless in offering any help, the escalation manager told me to go to another hotel at 11:43pm.

I had lifesaving medication (injections) to protect under 30 degrees and so had to beg the front office to keep the medication in kitchen fridge. The medicine box from then onwards smelt or lamb and meat. Horrible stay.

Only positive was the two ladies on reception. I wish them all the best, they felt our suffering and tried their best to help.

Not much free parking but staff were super helpful. Room was quite small, but find for what it we needed.
One concern was we put the do not disturb sign on the door as we didn’t want the room cleaned, however staff still appeared to have cleaned the room, made beds and replaced towels.

It was nice to have breakfast and the bed was convenient

Amazing place, 30 minutes to Paris and 15 minutes to Disney Paris by metro which is 5 minutes away from the hotel. Lots of running places around, nice dam/reservoir etc.

Nice clean property, train station immediately behind so not the quietest. Staff friendly

I lost my cell phone charger during the trip and they helped me by lending me one.

room was not soundproof. might as well have slept on train track with a young baby who woke up every 15 minutes that the train went passed

Great location. Very close to train station. Quiet at night. Comfortable beds. Small rooms, but didn't spend much time there. Good powerful shower. Very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't huge, but good for the price.

Just a 2 night stay here since it was close to Disney.

For one night our stay was good. However train station over the road is loud and regular trains disrupt sleep. Large groups hanging around there makes it feel less safe when going out exploring. Parking is an additional fee but if you're lucky there is some road parking.

Too old

This hotel is absolutely perfect for visiting Disneyland. We stayed for 2 nights and loved that it was a couple of stops away on the rer and only 2.50 euros each way, makes it so much easier leaving the parks at night as you don’t have the crush for shuttles. The hotel is literally just opposite the train station so incredibly easy to find. It’s clean and the beds very comfy. You can hear the trains but I found it quite comforting. Would definitely stay again

Kind helpful staff good breakfast clean rooms

Hotel very clean and the rooms and bathrooms are generally well maintained. Facilities are basic, but this is to be expected in the price range. Situated very close to train station, although it's not a particularly nice area. Overall, I found it to be good value for money.

Basic, budget accommodation, which is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you need. Good value for money in Torcy, a short walk to the train station which is ideal for trips to Disney and into Paris on the A line.

Excellent night’s stay. Basic, but all that’s needed. A bit expensive but the Olympics were on. The only criticism was only having one very thin pillow. Staff were very helpful.

Overall average, no car park space available as people from nearby area using the parking in the front of the hotel as a public car park, underground car park limited, must be pre booked and not suitable if you have the roof box.
No chance to park around the hotel on the street, especially if you're arriving late/ or around midnight. Breakfast average, not many choices and the personnel in the restaurant only speak French, who looks unhappy if you speak different language.Our room was dark and noisy in the morning with train station behind the window.Probably we won't come back here.
