Beds very comfortable, breakfast very good, very friendly staff. Having a car park was a godsend and being so close to the village centre was great!
We had been warned about the stairs but feel the second set of stairs would be easier and safer with the installation of a hand rail on the wall side.
Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The lounge area was very comfortable with good reading material and complimentary tea and coffee.
The room was cramped and the en suite bathroom in particular was very cramped with a tiny sink. The bathroom door didn't close properly either.

Fab location in middle of the village with resident parking opposite the hotel. Nice clean hotel and great breakfast , lovely lady serving the breakfast jolly, chatty and couldnt do enough for you , have stayed here before and would stay again.

very convenient place in Polperro with a parking spot which is a true privilege. The Hotel is cosy and very clean. Staff is super nice
there are a few stairs which may be a little problem with age particularly for luggage. Likely I had small suitcases.

Excellent location, great, advantageous parking. Nice breakfast. 'Honesty bar' is a nice touch but with a cctv camera pointing at it and credit card taken on arrival not sure how much they are trusting Honesty..staff were friendly.
We had the 'budget friendly' room 10. Internal view was certainly Internal. Room nice enough but is a bit dark not for those wanting a bright airy room with bit more of a view. Condensation over night left some water on inside of window ledge. The hotel will tell you it's not a fact they hide and it wasn't an issue for us staying a couple of nights. I did email ahead asking to confirm if we were in room 10 explaining we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and offered us to pay to move rooms. A nice touch perhaps would have been a card or a free drink just to elevate our customer experience.

The radiator in the bathroom was quite close to the toilet system, we couldn't adjust the theromalstate as it was really hot, I did catch my leg on it.
