Size of the room and bathroom
Great location short walk from the harbour one of a few places with car parking which is a big plus. Lots of pubs and places to eat also great if you like coastal walks. Lovely clean rooms beds very comfortable tea and coffee in room and from reception via machine. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

All good .Parking was close and easy . The Hotel in general was well located decorated in sharp clean colours .The lady on reception was so helpful explaining everything . The room was well presented and comfortable. If we return to Polperro we would definitely stay again.
There was a noise in the room like a distant fog horn although not loud it was annoying. It may have been something to do with the central heating .

The hotel was in a great location within the Polperro village. It has its own car park immediately across the lane. The whole facility was super clean. The owners and staff were all super friendly as were the other guests while we were there. The breakfasts were always freshly cooked and very tasty and filling. Free coffees and teas both in your room and in the lounge were appreciated too.
No real dislikes. However the stairs to the bedrooms were quite steep. Not a problem for most but could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.
Beautiful location, comfortable and clean rooms. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall a fantastic quality hotel.
