The building was clean, the elevators quick and secure. You needed a room key to use the elevators. The staff was efficient and kind. The shower was huge, and I liked that the toilet was separated (in a frosted glass closet), allowing you to use the toilet while someone was at the sink.
We stayed on the 12th floor but could hear people outside like they were standing outside the window. Every night I was woken up by people or music outside. I think the hotel should invest in white noise machines for the rooms. Im not a light sleeper, so if you are, bring something to block the noise. Also, the area that the beds are in is quite small. Only one person can walk at a time. It's doable and would not be something that would keep me from renting a room, but just be aware.

Great location. We had a corner room with a lovely view.
Furniture in room seemed very basic. The lobby, check in and bar area was ok but didn’t seem to have a warm or welcoming vibe, despite great staff.

No parking on site - even though after booking they send you a message that the only option you have is a pricey valet service.
Breakfast is only a la carte with very limited options and not kid friendly.
The location was perfect. The rooms was amazing, modern, clean.
We couldn't sleep at all. We had a room facing the main road and the windows are not soundproof at all. On that night they were removing the snow from the roads from 2am to 5am. We heard everything.
Exercise room with a great view of the city. Convenient restaurant on the first floor for breakfast. Decent size room.
No bathtub unless in a suit.
Room was well decorated, nice ambient light, walk in closet, nice bathroom. Complimentary snacks was icing on the cake. Really enjoyed my stay!

Un design très épuré des chambres qui fonctionne très bien, des équipements simples mais robustes, une literie confortable. Petit déjeuner non testé.
Le bâtiment manque un peu d’âme, mais c’est vraiment pour pinailler - et ça à l’air répandu à Ottawa !
