Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The service during check-out was terrible — the staff seemed overwhelmed and extremely unorganized.

The valet service was also unacceptable. We called from our room in advance to have our car ready, but no one even went to pick it up, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.

The overall organization of the hotel was poor, and communication between staff seemed nonexistent. On top of that, the mattress and pillows were horrible and very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, especially considering the price.

A waste of money, no room view as paid for, freezing room temps. Used to be a nice hotel!
Cons:

1. Booked a room with a view, got a 3rd floor room overlooking a building site.
2. Room like Canada in January - no way to heat up room beyond 21. Shivered most nights
3. Lightbulb not working

CABINETS ARE FALLING APART, PILLOWS ARE NOT VERY SUPPORTIVE. NOT IMPRESSED BY IT ALL.

VALET TOOK A VERY LONG TIME TO BRING THE CAR EVEN THOUGH CALLED 30 MINUTES BEFORE. ENDED UP LEAVING THE CAR AND TOOK AND UBER TO A MEETING AND THEN HAD TO UBER BACK $48 FOR VALET, $18 FOR UBER, $15 UBER BACK TO THE HOTEL TO FETCH THE CAR. PLUS $20 TIP NIGHT BEFORE TO VALET. STAFF WERE NON CHALANT ABOUT IT ALL, IT WAS INFURIATING TO SAY THE LEAST
