Pros:

Localizarea excelenta
Intensitatea luminoasa reglabila.

Cons:

Culoare lungi si intunecoase. In camera simteai un sentiment de claustrofobie. Desi camera avea un geam foarte mare si o vedere frumoasa, nu se putea deschide iar rabatarea geamului era insesizabila.

De hygiëne van de kamer. Deze stonk naar eten en de badkamer liep niet door. De hele kamer stond blank van het water. Zeer smerig

Buon compromesso
Pros:

Struttura molto grande, gestita da giovani ragazzi molto gentili ed ospitali. Molto bella la zona comune che offre la possibilità di socializzare con tavoli da ping pong e biliardo.
Comoda la vicinanza al centro e ad un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento .

Cons:

Pulizia della camera e dimensioni del bagno.
La camera era piena di polvere, sia in terra che sul mobilio.. bagno molto piccolo, con la doccia che praticamente sovrastava il lavandino.

Matige kwaliteit
Pros:

Er waren veel jonge mensen in het hotel, de sfeer was prettig, de uitstraling ook tot met renovatie werkzaamheden werd begonnen.

Cons:

Tijdens mijn verblijf werden de keukens gerenoveerd. Liften waren niet beschikbaar ivm verhuizing kasten en apparatuur. Er werd van 's morgens tot eind van de middag, ook op zondag doorgewerkt. Lawaai van boren, luid sprekende verhuizers etc.
De gangen lagen vol met troep en de doorgang werd geblokkeerd met bv een koelkast.
Op mijn klacht werd aanvankelijk gereageerd met de belofte dat ze voor mij een andere kamer gingen zoeken, maar nooit meer iets van vernomen.
Omdat ik 's avonds moest werken, had ik s middags rust nodig. Uiteindelijk is een keer gevraagd of de werkers wat eerder konden stoppen.
Onbegrijpelijk dat de kamers in de buurt van een renovatie gewoon worden verhuurd.
Verder: om 20.30 s avonds een kop koffie gevraagd; helaas was de koffiemachine al gereinigd.....
Om 22.30 een biertje gevraagd; de laatste ronde was al achter de rug...
De kamers waren erg klein, evenals het bed (ook vrij kort), in de badkamer te weinig verlichting bij de spiegel.
Geen goede prijskwaliteit.

Es bonito por fuera y sus zonas comunes

Cons:

- Todos los dias, inlcuido sabado y domingo, a partir de las 9.00, habia 2-3 horas de ruido por obras que están haciendo, con ruido ensorcecedor de taladros.
- Almohada horrorosa, muy alta, ya no se llevan así.
- Suelo de moqueta en las habitaciones y pasillos, con mucha suciedad acumulada.
- Zonas comunes llenas de cajas de neveras.

Pros:

A very comfortable student hotel near the city center. We had an apartment on the 8th floor with a beautiful view. Clean and cozy, the air conditioner helped us a lot!

Cons:

No fridge and a curiously built shower. But for a few days is fine!

Estadia globalmente positiva, com boa localização e pequeno-almoço, mas óbvios pontos de melhoria
Pros:

Localização muito conveniente, com fácil acesso ao centro histórico e com parque público (pago) mesmo ao lado, aberto 24/7. Excelente pequeno-almoço, com boa variedade e qualidade, e o jantar no restaurante do hotel também correu muito bem.

Cons:

O design da casa de banho não é o mais funcional, havendo espaço para melhorias. Notou-se ainda algum odor no corredor, possivelmente relacionado com a proximidade à cozinha comum do piso, o que compromete um pouco o cuidado das zonas comuns, tal como a presença de contentores de resíduos/reciclagem no corredor e junto ao elevador no piso.
