iconic hotel experience
Pros:

My stay at Iconic Hotel Penang was truly a 10/10 experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and highly attentive to every detail. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well-maintained. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in and check-out process, which made the entire stay hassle-free. The hotel’s location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby areas. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back again on my next visit to Penang.

Pros:

Good staff who were friendly. Good parking.

Cons:

Thermostat didn’t cut off as it should for the air conditioner. Ended up freezing cold. No change after I requested for it to be checked. Didn’t bother to ask again.

Clean, Comfort and Good Service Hotel
Pros:

Process of chcek in and check out very quick and accurate.
Location of this hotel very convenience for foods.
I don't like my room locate far end of the building. Please put me in the middle in my next visit.
Others, every perfect for me and my spouse.

Ok but not return
Cons:

Staying for 3 days 2 nights but there was no room service to clean the room.
Staff was not friendly, especially the lady at reception, wearing mask and wispering something unclearly.
