Pros:

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pasamos una noche muy mala por esta situación. Llame a recepción y mandaron a un “técnico” que lo único que hizo fue revisar que en efecto no funcionaba.
Me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación a las 7 de la mañana, cuando preferimos mejor dejar ya el hotel.

The place is clean and quiet. I had an issue with the room, I booked a room for 3 people and they gave me one with two small beds for 3, we where not comfortable the first night and next morning I asked for a different room. At the beginning they refused to switch the room and they offered an extra bed but the room was too small for it. I was it very convinced with their solution but after a little pushing to switch the room or k will cancel the next night, they did it and gave me a bigger room with a queen bed and an extra single bed. For two people works perfect but if you want to book for 3-4 people, make sure they will give you a good room for it.

Hay un antro Enfrente y nos dieron 2 habitaciones en el segundo nivel, pudimos conciliar el sueño hasta las 3 am qué cerro el antro. El personal debería avisar de la situación o bien deberían aislar bien las ventanas.

Lo más barato de la zona, no esperes calidad.
Pros:

Me quise dar una oportunidad más con este hotel pero me voy decepcionado. Lo único que se salva es la atención del personal de cocina, la supervisora puntualmente se esmera en atención al cliente. No hay personal de limpieza, las áreas comunes muy sucias, moscas y el área de gimnasio y alberca abandonadas. Las caminadoras no sirven hace más de 2 meses y ahora la alberca con un color verde que no da confianza. La camarera da un excelente servicio también, a pesar de no tener lo necesario para trabajar.
