The facilities are still in good condition since we last stayed here. There was a noticeable dropoff in some things since the first time. I recommend that the pool be cleaned and the amount chemical agents used be reduced as reported by our young relatives.
Toiletries weren't sufficient for two people, but the items were brought up. As noted above the pool needs better attention.

The location is close to the toll road and closeby my relatives house. Everything was just good enough for 3 stars hotel, so don't expect more than that. The staffs were friendly. The swimming pool is nice. It's a good 3 stars hotel.
When we arrived there, they put us in the smoking rooms, which were not pleasant. We ordered 2 rooms that closeby to each other, yes we got them by the smoking rooms. The next day with the help of the staffs, we moved to non smoking rooms but the rooms were quite far from each other, it was abit difficult to manage if we stayed with 2 kids. A little bit careful with this kind of problems will be appreciated.

Basic hotel
The room was large and comfortable. The design of the bathroom had no impediments (I'm handicap) and everything worked well.

Food is good, room is spacious and clean, location is strategic

All the staff in the hotel is working so hard.
I'm very impressed on that part.
However a fixed rod to install toilet roll was attached by a tape. So I feel like trivial maintanance is done by taking palliative measures in the hotel. Also other fixed rod for hand shower was also unstable, I was feeling awkward to change angle of it. but it was not a big issue.
Overall it was pretty comfortable experience to stay.
Room is ok, staff is friendly
It’s loud, cos the hotel is next to the big road. All the noises and also the noise from the people nearby can be heard clearly. Very annoying
