lovely friendly clean hotel staff eager to help nothing was a problem hotel was always clean food was good i would have preffered more choice off fruit at breakfast time and it would have been nice to be able to have an evening meal in the hotel but past twice visits resteraunt has been closed and only a limited choice of bar snacks but we werent told this until we went at night to get food
we like the hotel as you will no we have stayed in more than the dundee one
Price and location
Fire exit in breakfast area blocked each day. Staff laughed at us when we warned them about the risks and fines.
Breakfast was poor.
The staff from start to finish were very helpful and super friendly to talk to! We were there for an event, so contacting the hotel ahead of time was very easy.
The room was really nice, super clean and felt really cosy.
The breakfast was very good, with enough options to feel satisfied!
The only small issues we had were the beds creaked and squeaked a lot when moving, and found the duvets both very thin and possibly had a plastic cover on the inside making them loud to sleep with.
We also found it a little difficult to find staff during breakfast to try and get some gluten free bread, so ended up not getting it but had other opting available.

Lication was ideal. Albeit sat nav directions take you around fat sams and show car park entrance there where in fact is the exit entrance is directly off roundabout . Noticed several othets doing similar.
Beds n room very comfortable for 3
No cover on shower drsin/trap had to advise the 13 yr old to avoid going near when showering.
Breakfast was really busy , had to wait on a suitable table then ask the staff member for bread, cutlery, bowls . Poor guy was run ragged and was trying his vety best but with the amount of people trying to get their breakfast just felt coukd have done with a 2nd person to assist him as say he was constantly asked for items as well as cleat tables as some guests didnot realise shoukd clear tables and place crockery eyc on their tray to the racks provided which could have easex both wait for tables as well as the staff member trying to juggle both the serving area n tables . He deserved to be thanked for his efforts which we did but some guests were less thankful .
