No problem staying here, just as stated the breakfast let it down.
Pros:

Lovely spacious and clean comfortable hotel. Great room and bed, friendly and professional staff.

Cons:

The breakfast could improve. Perhaps less cooked items for better quality ones would be a start. Scrambled eggs were like rubber.

Great value for a city-centre hotel
Pros:

Excellent value for money at about £79 for a double, including a very generous breakfast buffet. We had a big, comfortable room, with a great view. The location is pretty good - a few minutes walk from central shopping streets and the V&A.

Cons:

This place wouldn't win any design awards, but it's clean, comfy and efficient. Having to pay an additional fee to park the car wasn't great, but I guess it's understandable for a city-centre location.

Nice place, somewhat Fawlty Towers
Pros:

Handy location, comfy bed

Cons:

Not enough staff on. Everything took forever. We waited 15 minutes to get into a conference room we had booked. The guy that served us was checking folk in and out and doing the bar. Even he said he felt like Basil Fawlty (to be fair, he wasn’t as grumpy as Basil, and he was trying to be helpful)

The staff were extremely helpful with disabled parking on site and quick response to a faulty TV remote. Comfortable beds too

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was poorer in its offerings to other similar hotels. A bowl of fresh fruit salad would have made all the difference

Pros:

I was travelling with two children, when we arrived the room didnt have the sofa bed ready, when I went to reception and the receptionist contacted the Domestic team to have the bed made and they weren't available the kind receptionist went and made it himself. Its the 2nd time iv stayed there there rooms are clean, reasonably sized, the breakfast is good and its in a fab location.
