We have been going to the hotel for 3 years now, mainly for its location and modern look.
Pros:

Location, modern feel and comfortable, relaxed and friendly.

Cons:

Soft furnishings and carpet in the room were stained. Dirty floor mat in the shower. Very small menu for food.

Excellent my go to Hotel in Dundee
Pros:

Easy to get to from the train station ,great location 5 minute walk to city centre ,Great staff ,room well maintained and very clean ,comfy bed and great powerful shower ,breakfast is good but only had a small selection on what was available buffet style so could have more if wanted, always stay here when in Dundee ,Highly recommended
