Pros:

Very close to the city centre and as the carpark was just outside the ELZ it was great as our car doesn't comply with the strange rule.
Staff in all sections were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Not a lot.

Pros:

Personal amable y servicial en todo momento. Todo limpísimo. Habitaciones y baño muy amplios, la cama súper cómoda. El desayuno buffet estupendo y un par de noches cenamos en el mismo hotel con precios muy razonables. Recepción/restaurante/bar precioso con decoración moderna....un gusto sentarse a tomar algo tras un día explorando la mágica ciudad de Dundee. Te daban hielo en un vaso por si querías tomarte algo frío en la habitación. Un Lidl justo al cruzar la calle. Me sentí como en casa, lo recomiendo 100%.

Pros:

Ik kom hier regelmatig. Het personeel aan de balie is erg vriendelijk en professioneel. De kamer is comfortabel en goed uitgerust. De locatie in het centrum van de stad is ideaal.

Cons:

Opvallend was dat de kwaliteit en het assortiment van het ontbijt minder was dan voorheen. De gekookte items waren vaak koud of nat. Personeel in de eetzaal héél gestrest en lieten dat ook merken. Vandaar een iets mindere beoordeling.
