Personnel très accueillant et serviable.

Cons:

Les rideaux de la fenêtre sont un peu court en largeur et comme la chambre donne sur une rue piétonne fréquentée et éclairée, de la lumière passe. Pas grave, juste à améliorer lors d'un prochain changement de rideau.

Localização perfeita
Pros:

A poucos passos da Escadaria da Praça de Espanha.
Localização muito central, na zona comercial, com muitos restaurantes e cafés perto.
Quarto bastante acolhedor e limpo.

Cons:

No primeiro dia senti bastante frio e não conseguia ligar o AC do quarto, foi comunicado ao recepcionista e no dia seguinte o problema já estava resolvido.
