Pros:

The room was well set out. Comfy mattress, good hot water shower, sml fridge, and the hotel was walking distance to cafes etc. Everything I needed for a good nights sleep. Until...

Cons:

A barking dog, a little Jack Russell, that barked ALL night, and completely wrecked what would have been a great stay. I would not stay here again because of this.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen perfekten Aufenthalt in Phrae!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Sowohl das gesamte Gebäude als auch die Zimmer selbst. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber, groß und das Bett super bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat geholfen einen Roller auszuleihen und beim Rücktransport nach Den Chai.

Hotel for cat lovers, a bit far from the centre but chill vibe
Pros:

-Three cats welcome you at the reception

- Friendly and helpful staff who called a taxi for me in the early morning since no Grab Bike was available.

-Spacious clean room

-Stable hot shower with strong jet

-The hotel is located in a peaceful area

Cons:

- Not the closest to the city centre (e.g.Wat Phong Sunan with the big turtle), ca 15-20 minutes walk. No issues if you like walking.

-No Seven Eleven, laundry or restaurants nearby

-Phrae, being a smaller town with only a small number of domestic tourists, does not have lots of Grab Bikes for those without private transport.
