Well located
Bedroom booked was different from the one offered and staff blamed booking . com and didn’t solve it. Communication was difficult, superiors weren’t available and most of my emails weren’t replied by anyone. Services requested weren’t available. Tax was charged at arrival and deposit fee asked by staff was double price than the one showed in reservation. Meals are good - many vegetarian options for lunch/dinner. But staff service at the reception is poor (apart from cleaning ladies and an old guy who would always talk to us when passing by our table during meals). Attaching photos pf first given room, just compare it to the paid balcony double bedroom with mountain view. It was changed afterwards by cleaning lady - but room still had no balcony.
The hotel is perfectly located in the ski resorts, metres away from the ski school and ski lifts. Absolutely perfect for beginners. The hotel has 50 rooms which is little for an all-in resort and therefore makes it very agreeable with a fantastic dynamic. The buffet for each type of food is fantastic, way better than expected and suitable for all ages. There have been loads of improvements I assume. The main highlight is without a doubt the kindness of all staff and the animation team. They all did the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay.
Rooms need refurbishing in the coming years. They have a decent size but are not the most agreeable from a furnishing perspective. Carpets are getting outdated. At the end, this is an outdoor kind of vacation so we did not really stay in the room - but refreshing them will become needed. Additionally, check in times are pretty late (6pm) - but the staff was a bit flexible - and check out is very early (09am), odd vs global standards.
Location is great, great concept for relaxed ski vacation !
Some very small fixes wld be nice (not enough light in room and not all plugs worked)

Buffet correct mais manque de réassort.
Belle chambre familiale avec mezzanine.
Le restaurant est bruyant.
Bien dans l’ensemble et l’équipe de cette année a un peu rehaussée le niveau par rapport à l’année dernière !
Having stayed here 3 times over the year, we are always given a warm welcome. The all inclusive food and wine package means that you don’t need to fork out for a expensive food and drinks locally but there is a bar available if you fancy an afternoon of apri ski.
Très positif : soirée réveillon, pieds des pistes, piscine, jacuzzi,.....
Buffet pas assez complet et pas assez rechargé donc trop temps d'attente pour avoir des aliments de base comme le pain ou le lait.
