Low price but still not Value for money
Pros:

Nothing, some features were ok. Room was clean. Pretty close to beach.

Cons:

Upon arrival. Check in was located in their staff office. We weren't welcomed in. We had to find it ourselves and when we did, we felt like we were inconvenience to them. Eventually we checked in and were shown the room. The room was ok. The bed wasn't comfortable but fine. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. The containers were empty. The curtains didn't stop the light and it wasn't remotely sound proofed. We could see and hear outside in the evening.
Next day there was no breakfast. We paid for it and nothing was there. The one staff member present said she wasn't told about breakfast and we should call the manager ourselves if she was expected to cook. We left shortly after. We didn't check out as there were no staff to give the key to. We just left.

Le séjour doit être court
Pros:

Les bungalows sont très confortables , . La wi fi ainsi que la Clim fonctionnent bien. L’etablissement est proche d’une super plage .

Cons:

Sans moyens de locomotion, il est très difficile de se déplacer et il n’y a que très peu de choix de restaurant . La location de scooters est très limitée et il n’y a aucun moyen de louer une voiture . Le ménage dans les chambres n’est pas fait tous les jours, seulement si on leur demande .

Pros:

Fantastic location , very close to the beach. I would recommend a motorbike or a bicycle from the nearby rental place.
The vanity was good , big mirror , many places to hook your clothes and swimming suit
Also, I loved the balcony , overall the surrounding of the place felt very calm and private.

Cons:

The mattress was rock solid , but I don’t know if it’s the hotel to blame because some places in Thailand offer these type of mattresses. Plus there was no duvet cover .. preferred to use my own blanket
The room was pretty old-fashioned and not cosy
The lawn needed to be mowed
Also the first day I didn’t wake up for breakfast, but the following day when I went , there was no breakfast and no one around.. I came at 9:30 (supposed to be until 10 am but it didn’t look like there was even anything there)
Plus, were two worms crawling from a creek on the side of the wall while I was showering

Pros:

My teenage brother loved the pool and the slider so much that he gives the place a nine. He skipped the breakfast on the second day though but i think the breakfast was fine for a small place like this. The staff are lovely.

Cons:

To me who travels a lot, I didn't find anything special. There were two bottles in the shower room but we didn't quite figure out what each was so we ended up buying our own. The king bed might be ok if slept alone but it was an insomniac experience sleeping with another as you can feel every subtle movement. The pillow really, really needs to change.
On another side note, I don't know if I should call it a bad luck or that the management should take responsible but on our second night, a big group of 30-40 people took over the resort. On the next morning, they talked and yelled loudly for over an hour while we were still asleep. I didn't take this to account when giving the rating thought of else it will be less than a 5.

Valued resort near Khao Kalok beach.

Good location. 5 minutes walk to public beach. New and clean room. Good weel maintained swimming pool.

Quiet place near the local seafood restaurants.
Pros:

not close to the beach (300 m) as expected, but there are many pleasant local seafood restaurant around this area. Khao Kraloak Beach is still good for children and family. Water is not clear during this season, but acceptable.

Cons:

Breakfast did not have many options as expected. I felt itchy that might come from small insects, but cannot find them. A lot of pigeons and their droppings on the roof.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location near best beach I have seen in whole area, big, new, clean room, nice pool with jacuzzi we had to ourselves. Excellent German-Thai restaurant around corner.

Cons:

Bed might be a bit hard for some. AC was okay.
