Pros:

The place was immaculate, so clean. It was close to the airport but you couldn't hear any noise. The basketball shooting ring was excellent outside was a great addition for families.

Supportive Long Term Stay
Pros:

I stayed at the Homewood Suites near John Wayne for an extended stay while recovering from surgery. I was able to work with the sales team for a preferred rate. Across my stay, they were very accommodating - from allowing me to have a rental recliner delivered to my room to allowing my dog on property to frequent housekeeping visits and supply drop offs to accepting nearly daily Amazon deliveries at times. They even let me borrow the on site wheelchair on two occasions. Countless staff made this month plus long stay better. Bonus points included the delicious daily breakfast, all day coffee service, and Wednesday happy hours (which essentially were full meal service on a couple of the weeks). The on site laundry was also helpful, and the team even gave me a welcome gift that included supplies for that to make everything more comfortable. Thank you again to everyone.

Great Value in OC!!
Pros:

Great place to stay in OC, extremely central location, solid breakfast, clean spacious rooms and a very friendly staff. Shout out to Caroline who was especially attentive.

Great experience!
Pros:

We had such a great stay and will definitely book again! The rooms were very spacious and we liked the kitchen feature.
Valeria, Luxury and Jordan, the breakfast team, were very efficient and helpful when there was a hiccup with the waffle batter or when it got really busy! Kudos! They were awesome!

Five star service
Pros:

We absolutely love this hotel and stay mutual times a month. As a Hilton diamond member I stay at a lot of properties. The customer service is top notch compared to any other Hilton property in SoCal. This is what keeps bringing me back.

An Outstanding Experience!
Pros:

Excellent accommodations: room was very clean, spacious and well appointed; staff were very polite, friendly & helpful; breakfast buffet was very good as well as early evening snacks; a dog friendly environment. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

The room was a nice layout. The kitchen was really cool, even though we didn’t use it.

The location was great to go to the beach or Disneyland. It was nice and clean and new.

Cons:

Our view wasn’t the best but we were only there one night.

It was convenient and we like the free breakfast.
Pros:

Proximity to John Wayne Airport

Cons:

The side we were on now has No view- blocked all view but the white wall. Also, the breakfast hour should go until 9:30 on weekdays. I dislike paying $20 nightly to park my car.

Awesome place to stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff, breakfasts were excellent, hot tub perfectly hot, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, bed was extremely comfortable, for sure stay here again.

I enjoyed the layout of the room as well as having a kitchen area. I was able to re-heat some leftovers on the cooktop versus just microwaving it.

Cons:

If I have to answer, I would say that the items in the small store/market area could be expanded. I forgot to pack both toothpaste and shaving cream and neither were available. I was able to borrow from my colleague that traveled with me.
