Very nice, had great breakfast choices
The basketball court, the flooring is painful if you fall. My 9 year old son actually sliced his knee open on it and the front desk was kind enough to give me a bandaid but that wasn’t enough to stop the bleeding. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was bothering him a lot so he had to sit out quite a bit 😩
A acomodaçao é muito espaçosa e funcional. O cafe da manhã é completo e de ótima qualidade. A localização apesar de não ser a melhor em LA, vc chega de carro rapido em qq lugar em 15 min. E no tratamento de uma questao (momento verdade) foi excelente: eu cometi um erro no Booking ao adicionar 1 dia, pegando um quarto diferente (mais barato) e dai me colocaram no quarto melhor (que eu ja estava) para nao nos trocarem de quarto durante a estadia!!

Conveniently providing fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave. Clean. Shower had a great water pressure. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nicely loaded TV with essential apps

The only thing I didn’t like was that they were using paper plates, plastic utensils, and paper cups. They used to serve everything on white porcelain.

The place was immaculate, so clean. It was close to the airport but you couldn't hear any noise. The basketball shooting ring was excellent outside was a great addition for families.
I stayed at the Homewood Suites near John Wayne for an extended stay while recovering from surgery. I was able to work with the sales team for a preferred rate. Across my stay, they were very accommodating - from allowing me to have a rental recliner delivered to my room to allowing my dog on property to frequent housekeeping visits and supply drop offs to accepting nearly daily Amazon deliveries at times. They even let me borrow the on site wheelchair on two occasions. Countless staff made this month plus long stay better. Bonus points included the delicious daily breakfast, all day coffee service, and Wednesday happy hours (which essentially were full meal service on a couple of the weeks). The on site laundry was also helpful, and the team even gave me a welcome gift that included supplies for that to make everything more comfortable. Thank you again to everyone.
Great place to stay in OC, extremely central location, solid breakfast, clean spacious rooms and a very friendly staff. Shout out to Caroline who was especially attentive.

Valeria, Luxury and Jordan, the breakfast team, were very efficient and helpful when there was a hiccup with the waffle batter or when it got really busy! Kudos! They were awesome!
