Very friendly staff, breakfasts were excellent, hot tub perfectly hot, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, bed was extremely comfortable, for sure stay here again.

I enjoyed the layout of the room as well as having a kitchen area. I was able to re-heat some leftovers on the cooktop versus just microwaving it.

We need to extend a couple of times Caroline was always so helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable. Would stay again.

Every front staff member was incredibly nice and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed and perfect!

Jessy, Valeria & Luxury such hard workers. This HOTEL is the CLEANEST of Hilton Family Properties. New & efficient Washer & Dryers! Decorated beautifully for ALL holidays!!! Sweet shop on premises that has MANY snack & food items!

Caroline and the Homewood team were great in taking care of us during our stay. We were between a few hotel options in the area so we showed up and asked for a tour of the available rooms. They showed us the rooms right away and were very kind throughout the whole process, giving us options for which one of the available rooms we wanted to choose.

The staff was very friendly, even giving us a notebook late at night after we remembered we needed one for the morning.

Would recommend how clean and taken care of the property is plus how friendly the staff here is.

Been at this hotel for 3 weeks now and staff is excellent the ladies that cook breakfast are all so hard working; Valeria works very hard and does a great job; housekeeping is impeccable, everyone is so great here. Having worked as a previous hotel manager I would stay here again

I stayed at this hotel for a month during a business trip, and it was a great experience. The facilities were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It was conveniently located near John Wayne Airport, making travel easy. There were also restaurants nearby, and the in-room kitchen made it convenient to prepare simple meals.

I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next business trip.

Rooms are spacious, clean, with just enough amenities.
The breakfast changed the two mornings we ate there, excellent both times. Staff member Valeria was very pleasant and friendly.

We had a genuinely good visit to this hotel. We are a family of 6 and needed a handicapped accessible room for my husband who uses a wheelchair. We usually book accessible rooms and it's still difficult for my husband to maneuver but this was the opposite of that. Our room was very clean and incredibly spacious and the roll-in shower was perfect. We had a little issue getting the pull out bed to come all the way out and maintenance came right out and fixed it.

The continental breakfast was actually really good and had a great variety for the whole family (my kids loved the make-your-own-waffle station). It was close to the airport but you didn't even notice the sounds of planes. The intersection where it's located is actually very quiet and safe. There was a pool and hot tub as well as a basketball court, though we didn't get a chance to use any of those amenities. It was very quiet and we didn't see too many other families, though there were a few.

The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and would even go slightly out of our way to do so. The only complaint we had was that in the roll-in shower the shampoo and conditioner and body wash were on the opposite wall from the bench (too far to reach from sitting), which provides major difficulty for a wheelchair user to access. Otherwise we had a lovely stay!

Yazmin and Mikah were truly the highlight of my stay! Such incredible hospitality and friendliness without being forced, I will definitely be back again!

The staff is the heart of this hotel and it’s truly a breath of fresh air. We had a great stay at this location rooms were very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly especially Valeria and Vero they were very kind and accommodating during our breakfast this morning. Front desk was very quick and only issue really was the parking lot can get pretty full. This is in a good area and very cozy atmosphere. For the value and price of other locations we will definitely be coming back.
