We had a great stay at this location rooms were very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly especially Valeria and Vero they were very kind and accommodating during our breakfast this morning. Front desk was very quick and only issue really was the parking lot can get pretty full. This is in a good area and very cozy atmosphere. For the value and price of other locations we will definitely be coming back.

Moment we arrived for check-in, the receptionist was kind and accommodating. The entire staff is friendly and always greets you with a smile in the hallways. The hotel has a very pleasant.

This is the best Homewood suites we have ever stayed at! Everyone we encountered is so kind and thoughtful. The staff elevated our stay experience and we really felt at home. Every staff has interacted with us with a wonderful smile and willingness to assist us. The service is very consistent and the breakfast is always amazing! The rooms are very well maintained. We have been here a handful of times now and this hotel is truly incredible!

Have had a wonderful experience staying at the Homewood suites! Would definitely recommend anyone with kids to book your stay here! The staff has been very friendly. Especially Valerie she brought my baby a mini stuffed animal to have!

We love a hotel with a hot breakfast and the hot breakfast here was exceptional! Yummy frittatas, omelets, yogurt, sausage, potatoes, etc. The cafeteria area was clean, well-stocked and fresh!!! We were so happy! And the staff was so kind and caring to our kids. Thank you Miss Valeria, Lux and Jordan!!!

Had THE BEST front desk overnight customer service from Yas. We arrived very late on the night of April 7 and Yas was at the front desk. She was very accommodating and offered to waive the parking fee and the 1pm late check out fee due to our late arrival. Honestly, this should be the norm for anyone arriving after 10pm and checking out the next day. She even gave us 2 bottles of water. We stayed at all Homewood Suites during our 1 week stay driving down the coast of California and this one was by far the best because of her.
The room was great...clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here if we are in the area again.

Everyone was very kind, and helpful. Yass was especially helpful. She went out of her way to assist us with what could have been a really bad situation. We are very grateful to her . Excellent employee, kept calm which helped me stay somewhat calm, offered us coffee and a place to sit while waiting on a ride to the airport before humane hours. Our room was nice and had almost everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only thing I would recommend is offering pillow tops for the mattress. The bed was uncomfortable. But for the service we received and the quality and location of the hotel we would probably stay again.

The Homewood Suites near John Wayne is an excellent place to stay when visiting for business. I always feel welcomed by the front desk staff, every visit. The entire staff are top notch. A special shoutout to Yass for helping during my current trip. She has a great attitude and is always helpful.

They have a lot of amenities like a nice pool and deck area, basketball court, a large gym, and their TVs are smart TVs. Great hotel all around.

I have stayed at the Homewood Suites on Redhill in Irvine many times over the last few years. Cheri is the manager and she’s amazingly warm, friendly, and always remembers you. Caroline is the most incredible representative of this brand I’ve ever come across. She’s always there when you need her. She never forgets a promise. And her only goal every day is to make sure that your stay is safe, comfortable and that you’re enjoying yourself. She always has a smile, a warm greeting and never lets the pressure show. I can’t leave out Brian who always has a smile and a warm welcome for me. Thank you all for making every stay. I have there a great stay. Looking forward to coming back.

The best experience we had lovely so we need to copy the birth certificate. I know we have to take the one just in case we have to take a real one to my Online suite and one of the janitors name is Alma returned my wallet that was very nice of her .

We really enjoyed staying here. The one bedroom suites were spacious and it was so nice having a mini kitchen. The daily breakfast was good with lots of variety. The hotel was extremely clean and lots of amenities. Cecilia at tge front desk was so kind and funny! We will definitely be returning
