「大自然と高級リゾートを同時に味わえる特別な滞在

何より素晴らしいのは施設と周辺環境です。エラの大自然の中に複数のコテージが点在し、部屋は広く洗練されています。高級リゾートに滞在している満足感と、大自然の中で過ごしている開放感を同時に強く感じられる、特別な場所です。このホテルが有名である理由がよく分かりました。

早朝のリトル・アダムズ・ピークへのショートハイクも素晴らしい体験でした。ガイドの軽快な案内で20分ほどで登頂でき、頂上から眺める景色はまさに絶景。日の出も見ることができました。ガイドがビューポイントを教えてくれ、写真も撮ってくれたので、とても良い思い出になりました。

朝食も申し分ありません。メインを一品選び、フルーツなどはビュッフェ形式。エッグベネディクトはこれまで食べた中でも最高と思える美味しさで、目の前でカットしてくれる様々なフルーツも絶品でした。そして何より、素晴らしい景色を眺めながら食べる朝食は最高でした。

Cons:

施設そのものの完成度が非常に高いだけに、サービスのオペレーションには改善の余地を感じました。

ディナーでは、料理のメニューが渡されない、水をお願いしても15分ほど届かない、注文したくてもスタッフがこちらに気づかない、といったことが続きました。

また、チェックアウト時に荷物の運搬をお願いしたところ、ロビーに届くまで20分以上かかり、予定していた出発時間が少し遅れてしまいました。

施設、自然環境、客室、朝食は最高水準だと思います。それだけに、この価格帯のリゾートとしては、サービス面のオペレーションがさらに改善されれば、より素晴らしい滞在になると思います。

Dissapointed stay
Pros:

Spacious rooms and great views.

Cons:

1. No value for money at all. They overcharged us for a simple double room.

2. Food needs to improve in quality. Spread is very limited.

3. Facilities are all over priced.

4. Hotel gave us a discount voucher to use in their pool club but then the Pool club didn't accept it rather charged the full price.

Wonderful room with privative pool
Pros:

Fantastique chambre avec une piscine privative de qualité, chauffée. Personnel aux petits soins, l'expérience était très bonne. Bon spa, bon gym.

Cons:

Peut-être ajouter un pare vue entre les villas pour éviter de voir ses voisins dans la piscine...
