Pros:

The chalet with its own pool was the absolute highlight! So beautifully done and room facilities were fabulous. The staff were very lovely and the location could not have been better. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing but the Sri Lanka dinner at the restaurant was outstanding and a great experience. The Spa was an absolute must - we did the 98 Kusuma treatment and it was the most special experience of my life!

Cons:

I thought this property was very expensive for what is included (which was essentially only breakfast). We stayed at many other properties which were the same style but more things were included (dinner and massages). However I thought the Spa was excellent value for money!

A mesmerizing nature and a wonderful hotel
Pros:

The hotel was amazing! It is very close to Little Adam's Peak, so we were able to join the walking tour organized by the hotel. It was a really impressive experience for us. In addition, the room was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. We loved Ella and we loved this hotel. If you are traveling as a family with kids, you can have an amazing time just staying at the hotel, alongside enjoying Ella's beauty. If you plan to stay here, don't forget to leave some time just to enjoy the hotel itself.

Beautiful resort with very friendly staff - turn down service especially good. Restaurant staff super friendly, Indika was particularly engaging.

A Stay in the lap of nature, where one can easily forget the world around
Pros:

Amazing location amidst nature, spacious rooms with great views.

Cons:

They are cutting down on cost. Even though the hotel was quite occupied they were not serving full breakfast, but a limited array of dishes only. It is a let down considering the room prices that they were charging.
