Great location if you just need a bed
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, and the location was superb for any activities in the west of the city centre.
The bed was comfy.

Cons:

The walls and ceiling are very thin, so it was very noisy at almost all hours.
The bathroom had visible mold and had a foisty smell. The shower was temperamental and sputtered a lot.

Pros:

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour Londres avec un emplacement correct. Pour le prix, il ne faut pas s’attendre à un hôtel haut de gamme, et certains points (mobilier ancien, isolation moyenne) sont compréhensibles.

Cependant, l’hôtel est assez vieux et mal entretenu, ce qui donne une impression de manque de propreté, probablement liée à l’usure et à l’humidité. L’isolation est très faible, on entend beaucoup les autres chambres et les couloirs.

J’ai également eu des problèmes de réseau et de wifi, qui ne captaient pas du tout dans la chambre au départ. Le personnel m’a donné un autre code qui fonctionnait mieux, mais cela reste un point à améliorer.

La porte du frigo dans ma chambre était cassée, ce qui montre un manque d’entretien général.

Le point le plus problématique pour moi reste la fenêtre qui ne fermait pas correctement. Cela laissait passer le froid (j’ai dû dormir avec ma veste), et comme elle est située face au lit, cela donne un réel sentiment d’insécurité, surtout en voyageant seule. Ce point devrait vraiment être réparé.

Le personnel reste correct, mais certains éléments devraient être améliorés pour le confort et la tranquillité des clients.

Pros:

Közlekedés szempontjából remek helyen volt, szemben közért, a közelben pékség és kávézó is.
A csomagokat a szoba átvétele és elhagyása után is ott tudtuk hagyni! Bármilyen kérdésünk volt, a személyzet segített.
Minden nap katunk friss törölközőt!

Cons:

Volt némi probléma a fürdőszobában, az egyik szobában volt hogy nem volt víz, a másikban pedig naponta 1 x állt a víz a fürdőszoba padlóján, amit nem igazán tudtunk honnan jön, de mindezekhez kaptunk segítséget.

Pros:

It was close to where we were working, London Book fair. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room I stayed in for 2 out of the 3 nights smelt very strongly of urine and cleaning chemicals. There was also lots of black mould on the bathroom and shower walls (this may have been hard for cleaners to see as it almost blends in with the tile design but not hard to miss up close...) I put up with it for 2 nights and then had to change, the staff were very helpful in helping me change rooms. This was my experience, my colleagues who were also staying at the hotel had rooms that were fine, the only issue they had was being woken up by traffic from the nearby roads. One colleague said she only got one hour sleep.
Also the whole building kind of smelt like an old persons home.
If you care about this sort of thing, the paint job was a bit rough in places. Above the hallway doorway there was still masking tape from the last paint job.
