Jie Jie Beach Hotel

Could have been cleaner, and the place on the whole looks a bit dated.

Jie Jie Beach really felt like a hotel with faded glory.

The pool they have is very large and we did enjoy the pool. However it doesn't look very appealing and maintained.

That goes for most of the hotel. It's quite large and it seems almost to large for proper maintenence (if you dont invest in it). The rooms weren't clean or maintained at all and the matrass wasn't very comfortable, unless you prefer rock solid. With the amount of staff that we saw, they could put some more effort in making sure the maintenence and cleanliness is on a higher standard considering it is a 5 star hotel.

1) The terrible state that the hotel was in with renovations going on whilst people were staying there - men painting corridors etc..
2) No facility to order any lunch at short notice, or have a proper coffee after dinner.
3) Unclean staff members trying to cook omlets/eggs - three of them there at one point and none knowing how to make an omlet and wearing dirty clothing!
4) Our breakfasts were not charged back to to the room (as we had booked Room Only) and despite letting staff know - nothing happened.
5) Staff didn't speak English or understand English so difficult to communicate!
6) Everything seems to be still paper based and not computerised?
7) Customer Service NIL
8) Didn't try room service as everything else was so bad we kept going to get our food and drinks from the Bluewater Hotel so this Hotel missed out on income as a result!
9) Sheets were clean but floors could have been cleaner.
10) Rooms were bare with no colour or decor! Serious upgrades needed!

The place was run down and the staff were clueless

Das Frühstücksbüfett war unter sehr schlechter Auflage. Butter nicht abgedeckt und sehr unappetlich,Wurst und Käse angelaufen und schmierig, Gläser für Säfte alle trüb so das man nicht wusste ob das Glas sauber ist,ebenso waren die Gläser nicht auf dem Kopfgestellt. Eierspeisen musste ich jedes mal frisch beauftragen da auch sehr unappetlich,Obst nicht abgedeckt da Mücken /Fliegen am Obst waren,Toastbrot vertrocknet.Das alles konnte auch ein Einheimischer bestätigen da ich ihn zum Frühstück eingeladen hatte. Beim Essen auf dem Zimmer wurde das Geschirr vor der Türe erst nach2 Tagen weggeräumt,so das wenn man die Zimmertüre öffnete die Mücken ein umsurrten. Badezimmer jeden Tag unter Wasser da die Duschtüre undicht war.Balkontüre war nur sehr schwer zu öffnen. Nach 3 Tagen habe ich erst ein Moskitomittel erhalten in meinem Zimmer.Safe viel zu klein. Kadaver am Strand.

There is no a/c in the room. No shampoo and body wash in the washroom. No power adopter for iron. Bathroom not cleaned.

Our room number 286. This room's A/C is broken. We uncomfortable in this situation.

The loud music that played on a Saturday night downstairs that kept us awake until it went off at 11pm. We had a very early flight the next day so it wasn’t good at all.
The property was tired looking and less fancy than it appeared on the internet.

Not clean enough rooms ..

The property is not up to hotel standard.

miss lead customers as they still showing jetwing group name. This is not acceptable.
