Great little place!
Pros:

Nice property, in a beautiful rural area
Pros:

Nice property. Breakfast lady was extremely pleasant and cooked up a great breakfast.

Cons:

staff not as welcoming, no greeting after checking in. No interaction or just a friendly good morning. Too busy on their phones. Not what I expected in a small Texas community. We were in town for AA conference as were many others.

We were rudely awakened by an emergency siren in this rural community. It would have been nice to be aware of that instead of panicking at 2 in the morning. Grateful though that it was not a tornado.

Clean but needs some attention.
Pros:

Nice looking pool & clean rooms.

Cons:

People gathered to drink/cuss/party right outside room windows when there was a open and available area for them to do that away from windows and entryway but no staff asked them to relocate. They were gone by 10, not sure if staff asked them to wrap it up or they went in on their own but it would have been nice to not have them right outside the window at all.
TV didn't function, remote only worked sometimes then quit all together.

We were concerned about the bad smell of the town being in the hotel but it was not noticed inside.
Pros:

Room size. Breakfast selections. Mini kitchen in the room.

Cons:

Didn't have toiletries in the shower as most hotels have now but did have toiletries in little bottles. Not a biggie.

Pros:

Has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean from the lobby to the rooms. The beds are very comfortable. My kids love the breakfast. They love the waffle maker because they have different options to add to the waffles. I don't have any complaints. Excellent! Keep up the good work. Thank you for your great service.
