MABI City Centre

Nice hotel at a great location in the center of Maastricht. A former cinema and the hotel interior has nice references to that time. It also has a small cinema room which you can reserve for free (and you do get popcorn!). Also, a complementary glass of wine between 5-6 pm as well as soup throughout the day was included in the price. Staff were nice and helpful and the room was clean with good facilities. Definitely worth a second visit.

a wonderful find in Maastricht! a quirky hotel that is not just about gimmicks. The hotel itself was clean and the bed was most comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and there was a good selection of choices for all dietary needs. The staff were kind and helpful and professional and treated us with respect. We only wish we had time to visit the cinema and for bubblegum and popcorn but sadly this trip was very short. We would love to return as it was different and unique but also close to amenities and the town centre, attractions and MECC. Would certainly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Mabi. The whole place was nice, the room was quiet, verything was in good order, the view was beautyful.

Our stay at the hotel in Maastricht was absolutely wonderful. My cousin and I brought our 86-year-old grandmother to see André Rieu, and the hotel couldn’t have been more perfect. The location was ideal — close to the concert venue and the beautiful city centre, making everything easy and accessible for her. The staff truly went above and beyond, offering genuine warmth, assistance, and thoughtful touches that made our grandmother feel so comfortable and cared for. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and quiet, ensuring a great night’s rest. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!

The only thing I didn't like about it it didn't have a refrigerator in the room

Walking distance to market and restaurants was close. Only issue we had was airconditioning is unable to be set below 20 degrees so was quite stuffy in room. Could ask for key to open window however key was missing when we asked so unfortunately had an uncomfortable night sleep. Otherwise bathroom facilities were excellent and room serviced daily.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, außergewöhnliches Hotel. z.B. Kino, Popkorn, auffälliger Frühstücksraum, fantasievoll, sehr sehr schön.
Wir hatten zum Hinterhof ein Zimmer. Es war für uns ungewohnt zuzusehen, wie Dealer dort ihre Drogen verkauften. Ein trauriger Anblick.

Prima hotel.

This hotel is in a great location - just off the Markt. It's a fun vibe, being a former cinema. It is very well kept with lovely rooms. Breakfast was excellent!
Note though that you must park elsewhere. The closest is the Bassin car park, but note well where you come OUT, as it is very hard to find again!

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral aber trotzdem relativ ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet und auch mit den Familienzimmern für Gruppen eine gute Unterkunft in der Stadt.

We returned to the Hotel Mabi and were very happy with our 4 night stay. From the welcome, to the welcome drink to the free wine in the bar. Really comfortable room, all staff very polite and welcoming. Great breakfast. Very well located only 100mtrs or so to the big square with loads of bars/restaurants and atmosphere. We used the Q-Park Bassin which is only 3/4 mins away which worked out great. As we were in out of the car park quite a few times over the 4 days we saw the benefit of having pre-booked as the barriers just opened automatically. No fuss.
After all the good things written about Hotel Mabi why would you stay anywhere else?!

Excellent location, quirky hotel, would stay again. 1 minute walking to the city centre. We had a deluxe double room with kingsize bed and it was huge. Good bed and good pillows!
