my hilton honors membership points cannot be accumulated this stay, i am very disappointed about this.
Spacious room.
Located beside a mall.
Staffs are friendly.
Reception is located on level 35.
No direct lift access to rooms; guests must change elevators at level 35.
Buffet breakfast is mainly Chinese-style, with limited Western options.
As a non-local, the food didn’t suit my taste, so I often skipped breakfast.
Stayed during winter; room was warm but temperature controls didn’t function (likely centralized system).
In-room lighting was dim, not sufficient for comfortable reading or working.
They have charged me double the booking amount for deposit and they said it will be returned back within 7 days now once im back home nobody answers and i have not received my deposit back
In general is good, the commodities are very well.
I had a problem with the internet connection WiFI very unstable. The breakfast was a little be less quality, but in general it’s acceptable

Uslužno osoblje,ciste i prostrane sobe. Doručak je bio odličan.
Ujutro smo stigli na doručak u 10 a doručak je bio do 10:30. Čim smo stigli neko od osoblja nas je počeo požurivati,govoriti nam da je doručak do pola 11,bukvalno nositi tanjure i hranu sa našeg stola bez da smo jeli. To je jedino sto nam se nije svidjelo. Na bazenu je takodjer bilo pomalo hladno.
Great hotel. The room is so clean and the breakfast is a mix between international food and Chinese. It was amazing stay actually, the room has a lot of facilities. The gym is big and professional. Thanks to the staff who has treated me very friendly and special thanks to Mr. Lucas Liu the sales manager who has supported me to find the best room without prior hotel booking.

Perfect for a family getaway! The room was spotless and peaceful, with a stunning view. Everyone in the hotel is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. It would be even better if they offered a self-service laundry option. We spend half month in this hotel. Laundry is a real problem for us.
