Good enough to spend the night
Pros:

Location was a good spot, close enough to food and stores. Lobby, room and bathroom were very clean. Elevators were operational. Breakfast was good, we got to eat food both mornings. Wide variety of channels on the TV, something for everyone to watch.

Cons:

View from our hotel was a dirt wall. We called it a ditch and the kids thought it was funny. The wallpaper under the ac unit was peeling and looked pretty gross underneath. The pullout sofa bed was not comfy, but it is a pullout couch. I’m glad I slept on it and did not have to put my kids through that. With the pool closed, if you wanted to swim you needed to go across the parking lot to another hotel. The TV was hard to navigate channels. The channel
Number didn’t match the guide for some reason… No waffles or pancakes for breakfast, made the kids sad.

Nice but needs attention to details.
Pros:

Comfort and great shower head.

Cons:

Shower itself needs more cleans in the corners and door track. Cleaning staff were not distinguishable from guest in their clothing.

It was nice, very clean, easy to get to. The breakfast wasn’t very good, but the rest of the stay was nice
Pros:

How clean it was and easy to access everything

Cons:

The pool was down so we had to go next door, their was an issue with another guest and the worker into the morning decided to rant to my family about it when we were just trying to enjoy our breakfast and head on our way, also she ranted, but the pancake machine wasn’t working for like 20 mins until she finally fixed it.

Clean facility, friendly staff, great breakfast
Pros:

Smells and looks clean! Staff was courteous and helpful! Breakfast was great!

Cons:

I had to get moved to a new room after discovering that our door would not lock/latch, made me very uncomfortable so “I requested a new room and the gentleman agreed but did not assist us at all!

Pros:

Not as clean as when we stayed a few years ago. Lots of mouse traps out in visible areas and saw mouse droppings in our room on the 2nd floor. Room smelled like urine. Also, they tried to charge my credit card for someone else’s room and luckily my bank saw it was fraudulent and declined the charge. Probably won’t be back next time we’re in the area.

Stay was ok as it was a place to stay after visiting nearby family and are traveling out of state
Pros:

I didn’t have the breakfast but my husband said it was good.
This is a bad/good thing-I lost my purse after checking out of hotel and went back to every place I’d been and no one found or turned it to any business. I called the hotel after checking earlier and asked to have room checked. Later the front desk lady called saying there was a post about a purse being found and turned into police station. I was able to get purse back with all contents still in it.

Cons:

That handicapped rooms were not on ground level. I opted to change to a room on ground level even though it wasn’t for handicapped people.
The shower while very nice the bottom of shower was slippery even for an able bodied person like me.
