Cons:

Bathroom didn’t look throughly cleaned, hand and mouth prints all over the mirror in our room, sheet to fold out bed ripped, duck tape running along hall floors.

The staff. I was traveling alone & the women at the front desk was very professional & thoughtful. She gave me a room did not have an adjoining door or other guests next to me.
