Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast!
Pros:

The location is perfect! Located within walking distance of the sports complex. Friendly upon check in. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Needs were comfy.

Cons:

Pool is very small. But it’s not a dislike. It’s just smaller than the pic makes it look.

Cons:

There was a domestic violence incident in the room next to us. I called the front desk. It took 20 minutes for them to respond then the cops were called. After the cops left the hotel allowed the couple to stay in the room together and they continued fighting. We were up for almost 4 hours with the whole ordeal. While, the hotel could not do anything to control the domestic dispute issue. They could’ve separated the parties or asked one of them to leave to avoid continued fighting and continued noise on the floor. They were not concerned about the safety of the woman involved or the other people staying on the floor who were exposed to this man’s violence.

Seperate Travel Ball Rooms and Everyday Customers by Floor.
Pros:

The bathroom was a good size for my mom who has a walker and the Bed just wraps you up. Best Nights sleep in a while. A fee snags with the location of our room next to travel kids smd our fridge ...FROZE EVERYTHING. Lost all the food I bought.

Cons:

Our fridge was a freezer technically all the food/drinks I bought for my mom and I for the weekend, was a waste. I even had an Alani burst bc it froze. I let them know when I checked out. Room 310

Reservation Disaster
Pros:

The Hotel manager Reuben was amazing he was very accommodating after Booking .com failed to forward my reservation to the hotel.

Cons:

That when I arrived at the Hotel to find out that Booking. Com did not forward my reservation to the hotel. What was usually an easy process when I book through Booking. Com was a complete nightmare. I will be checking different Booking websites to book any future reservations. I was very disappointed in the service I got from Booking.com
