Hotel very nice. Need to have signage to let people now they can’t get there car till 7:00.

Location. The hotel was very nice

Cons:

My parking. I paid valet parking. I was told the would bring the car any time. In the morning I waited at the front desk because the was a sign saying they where helping other guests. When someone did finally come out I was told they didn’t start getting cars till 7:00. I was given the keys and to take my things and go find a car I didn’t park. Then I had trouble getting out because I didn’t have a receipt except the valet ticket.

Great place for a sleep downtown
Pros:

Delightful experience. Great location and comfy room. The front desk was excellent at check in and check out. Would certainly recommend.

Had a tiny issue with the valet as when we returned from having dinner, there was not one present. We found out he had to leave for an emergency - totally understandable. Just had to go to the front desk to make arrangements.

My only concern was the temperature of the pool. It was frigid, so we didn't partake.
