Hotel very nice. Need to have signage to let people now they can’t get there car till 7:00.
Pros:

Location. The hotel was very nice

Cons:

My parking. I paid valet parking. I was told the would bring the car any time. In the morning I waited at the front desk because the was a sign saying they where helping other guests. When someone did finally come out I was told they didn’t start getting cars till 7:00. I was given the keys and to take my things and go find a car I didn’t park. Then I had trouble getting out because I didn’t have a receipt except the valet ticket.

Hotel to be blacklisted. Not compliant with B.com rules

Cons:

This hotel is not complaint with B.com contract. I had a prepaid reservation booked in advance and despite struggling hours by email and phone with B.com and the hotel, I couldn't get the invoice for this stay
B.com contract is clear : even if B.com is paid upfront when making the reservation the hotel is the only one to issue the final invoice.

In addition to that I had paid for a B&B fare and the unique day I went for breakfast the hotel asked me to pay an extra for a coffee

Will definitely come back to this property
Pros:

A great location around the corner from the casino and we were going to the Bengals game the next day and driving to the stadium was no problem at all

Cons:

Really not much the only problem I thought we were gonna have was parking, but they have added valet parking so no problems there

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay and voco Cincinnati. It is centrally located to everything. The manager is very personable and knowledgeable about the area. The onsite restaurant and bar are very nice and the food was great. The room was comfortable. We will stay there again.

Great place to stay in Cincinnatti
Pros:

Excellent service , clean, and reasonably priced. Good coffee and they have tea service in the room. Comfy pillows and close to everything downtown
