Al principio tenía mis dudas por los comentarios negativos que algunos dieron. Pero todo estuvo muy bien. Incluyen el desayuno y si eres paciente, comes muy rico, te dan una bonita atención. Me gustó que aceptan mascotas pero cuidan que esté limpio y no haya ruido para poder descansar. Lo único malo es que no funcionó el WiFi en tres días, aunque la SmartTV si se tenía conexión. Pero como no lo íbamos a ocupar no fue un problema .

Pros:

La atencion del personal fue muy buena, el desayuno de cortesia fue completo y con un buen sabor, lo unico por lo que le doy 4 estrellas es por el estacionamiento.

El lugar no es malo, tiene un costo bastante accesible y supongo que por ese motivo si llega a tener algunas deficiencias se detalles como en la limpieza y la calidad de los blancos de cama, pero si se requieres solo paraa noche y guardar el auto pues si es funcional

No nos dieron shampoo y faltó un tapete en el baño para no mojar el piso. Fuera de eso todo estuvo bien. Un lugar bueno, bonito y barato

Hotel Orquídea in lovely Coatepec.
Pros:

The hotel was exactly where it was supposed to be but still a bit hard to find. Our room was clean but pretty small. Since it overlooked the street there was some Saturday night noise but turned dead quiet around midnight. Lots of hot water in the sink and shower. The breakfast looked good and substantial but we missed it to make an appointment.

Tucked between crowded walls Coatepec, safe place
Pros:

Definitely a safe place, the owner worked on Cruise Ships, and is just trying to etch out a living. It is a tad humble, but he does flip flops backwards to make us feel at home. The breakfast was only 2 pieces of bread and coffee. I think he forgot. A new place and he wants his business to grow.
