Pros:

A lovely apartment with everything you could want. Quiet. I chose it for the proximity to the Botanic Gardens and King's Park. Just a few metres walk to get there. Perfect.

Cons:

Reception was only only 10 - 6 Mon to Fri. But, I managed ok. The key was left in a key box outside.
