Pleasant apartment with all you need. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice convenient location surrounded by well behaved students and great energy in semester time. Convenient road underpasses to get to uni but it won’t show in some apps so ask at front desk for directions.
Supermarkets a bit harder to reach. Need to find the right bus.

There is street parking only for guests which has a four hour limit and subject to fines.
It should be clearly stated that there is no parking for guests. Also it should clarify that the hotel it boarded with full time students from UWA who during my stay were very loud into the early hours of the morning.
Modern, clean facilities. Just the right size room for a couple with full kitchen and great location.

Not much hey
This is a uni dorm. Do not book. It is not a hotel. It was a very strange place
Fairly spacious appartment, comfortable bed, good airconditioning.
It was almost impossible to find the location of this place. Our driver dropped us off where google directed in what turned out to be student accommodation blocks, not the hotel/appartments, in middle of the night in puring rain, and appartments nowhere to be found. Took us 30 mins on foot to finally track down the entrance to this place on a back street with entrance very poorly signed. The appartments are actually part of the University in the middle of student accommodation. This is not a hotel. Appart from that rather damp start, the accommodation itself was OK.
We arrived on Saturday a half an hour after we advised we would but we could not get into reception, as it was closed and the phone number just said we are closed but no option to be transferred or given an after hours number. We were lucky someone let us in to call. The girl who came down was very helpful but it would have been nice when they rang us on Friday to ask when we would be arriving to give us a number to call. Very clean spacious room and breakfast was all you could want.
Convenient location for my needs, very spacious and comfortable, clean and well presented. Amazing staff, who were all volunteer students from the associated college. Very friendly, helpful and prompt.

Room cleaning was erratic; I was told cleaning was daily, but unless I asked at Reception no cleaning was done, except for one day. For 2 days I did not ask and there was no cleaning.
