Es labprāt izmantošu šo viesnīcu atkārtoti, kad būs nepieciešamība palikt Rīgā.
Pros:

Izvēlējos lētāko naktsmītni, kur istabā palikt vienai tuvu savai studiju vietai ar iekļautām brokastīm. Man bija nepieciešams absolūts klusums un miers, jo pa nedēļu biju pārgurusi un biju gatava kaut vai ielas vidū nogulties un atslēgties. Pirms rezervēju viesnīcu neviens gan neatbildēja pa telefonu, taču veicot visas apmaksas un ierodoties uz vietas reģistratūras darbinieks jau bija lietas kursā. Palūdzu pašu klusāko, iespējamo numuru un man piešķīra istabu gaiteņa galā, blakus noliktavai, kur nakts laikā neviens neatrodas, 6. stāvā ar logiem uz iekšpagalmu. Numuriņš bija tīrs, minimāli aprīkots, bet man neko vairāk arī nevajadzēja. Brokastīs – zviedru galds, kurās pieejams plašs ēdienu klāsts. Žēl, ka kultenis bija auksts. Viss pārējais bija garšīgs.

Cons:

Ierodoties istabā uz galda bija garš, blonds mats... Ja gribam piekasīties. Nebija pārliecības, vai ekstra spilvens bija pirmā svaiguma. Nesapratu, kādēļ matrača pārklājs ir salocīts uz pusēm zem palaga.

Disappointed with the room standards and luck of professionalism in customer service.
Pros:

Perfectly situated in the heart of the town. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the orthopaedic pillows were a standout surprise that ensured a great night's rest. "Great room size, though the TV was a bit 'lost' in the space—a larger screen would definitely suit the proportions of the room better.

Cons:

While the room was booked as a VIP category, the condition did not reflect this standard. There were visible liquid stains on the walls, and unfortunately, tobacco smoke drifted in whenever the window was opened for ventilation. I expected a higher level of maintenance and fresh air for this category room type.
I was very disappointed by the lack of accountability regarding my airport transfer. I pre-booked a taxi via an official hotel offer the night before for an early flight and was required to pay in full at reception immediately. On the morning of my departure, the receptionist on duty showed no initiative in tracking the driver or providing updates; it was meant to be a hotel taxi. Sadly, the taxi was 20 minutes late. It is unacceptable to demand upfront payment for a time-sensitive service and then offer zero follow-through during such a stressful delay. No apologies or explanations from members of staff on duty. Unprofessional and disappointing.
