Location is perfect, close to city centre, transport hubs, restaurants and anything you need.

Very helpful reception staff, lovely service.

Cons:

Our TV didn’t work, but amazing reception staff member came up and checked it out for us.

Decent hotel, poor information security!

The hotel itself is fine.

Cons:

What's not fine is that after staying here, I started getting calls from Italian phone numbers, as well as a scam message from Ecuador on my WhatsApp with the exact booking details and my name, and a scam link to credit card "verification". Judging by other recent reviews, a lot of guests started to get these messages, so it is definitely something on the hotel side. Unacceptable! If you stay here, share as little details as possible.
