Pros:

スタッフの接客は良かったし、ホテルは清潔だった。
朝食の弁当は嬉しいし、珈琲、味噌汁も嬉しい。
バスターミナル、石垣港にも近く、飲食店も多く便利な場所です。

Good price for value.
Pros:

The location is great, the breakfast was a nice bento box (like those one buys até ishigaki port), and the lady who was in charge was quite nice. Although she could not speak english, we were able to communicate.

Cons:

The hotel is an old building that requires a deeper maintenance. The room was a bit smelly as it seemed to be closed for a while.

寝るだけだから良いかなぁ。
Cons:

朝食がお弁当だったので、がっかり。朝からは重いかなぁ？
おにぎりとお味噌汁だけでも良いと思います。
後、レンジで温めて食べれるともっといいですね。

Pros:

The room was clean, and the place was peaceful. It was run by a sweet old couple who made sure my stay was comfortable and even prepared breakfast earlier than usual to support the Ishigaki Marathon participants.

島に行くためのフェリー乗り場が思っていたよりも近かったので、移動が楽でした。

Decent hotel as a last-minute option
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, and even provided options for room change when I mistakenly selected a smoking room. The hotel is located a short walk from a cheap parking lot, the ferry terminal, and the entertainment district.

Cons:

The hotel's page on this site shows Okinawan/continental-style breakfast on trays with hot rice and miso soup, but this was NOT what was provided. Instead we were served a choice of cold bento boxes on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is false advertising on the part of the hotel, and was definitely not appreciated, as the food was one of the main reasons for choosing.
