De service, housekeeping, eten en personeel is uitstekend! De accommodatie is verouderd, kast deurtjes in de doucheruimte dik van het vocht, muren vol vlekken, bank met vlekken. Een keuken met zéér weinig inrichting. De beloofde wasmachine niet aanwezig. Zwembad is door de verouderde tegels smoezelig.
Ligging naast winkelcentrum is prettig.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Grosse Zimmer mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Wasserstation für kaltes und warmes Wasser. Busstation und Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe.
Küche mit Minimalausrüstung ist nur für kleine Gerichte geeignet.
Too old without renovation
The 3 bedroom apartment was terrible - old room, cracked mirror and bath, bedsheets was not white clean, walls were dirty, furnitures were not looked after. We requested for room change and was moved to a 2 bedroom - which was ok. Was not the best experience after a 10 hours flight. It was cheap, that’s why.
Staff were understanding, breakfast was expected.
Towels, bedding, drapes are too old.
The place was as described and the amenities and space were great.
Bedsheets were washed and fresh but had clear stains on them.
The room and toilets were cleaned daily but clear scratches from cleaning the seats left obvious discolouration and there was an obvious sewer smell coming from the toilets.
Overall the place was fine for a family stay equipped with a washing machine, kitchen and multiple rooms like an apartment.

Things have improved since my last visit here in Feb23. Improvement in cleanliness, staff do understand English better, service is much better
Still expecting to have some better choices for breakfast, 3 days and both juices are same, all 3 fruits are same, though over all pleasant experience then past.
I recently stayed at this hotel booked 2 unit with 3 bedroom (family room), and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the specific issues I encountered during my stay:
1. **Poor Lighting**: The lighting inside the unit was incredibly dim. With only a few small lamps providing light, it felt more like a cave than a welcoming environment. This really impacted my overall comfort in the space, making it hard to relax or even read without straining my eyes.
2. **Cleanliness Issues**: The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Upon entering, I noticed that the floors were not properly cleaned, and there were visible dirt and grime in several areas. The bathroom was particularly bad; it had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to use. I expected a higher standard of hygiene, especially during these times.
3. **Kitchen Amenities**: One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the availability of a kitchen, but it didn't meet my expectations. The kitchen was poorly equipped. If we wanted to use a microwave, we had to request it from the staff, which seemed inconvenient. Furthermore, there were no cooking utensils provided—just a few plates and silverware. It was frustrating to have a kitchen space that I couldn’t fully utilize. To make matters worse, the hotel has a strict policy regarding missing items. I was told that if I lost even a single teaspoon, I would be charged for it, which felt overly harsh and restrictive.
4. **Lack of Staff Support**: When I attempted to address my concerns with the hotel staff, I was met with indifference. Instead of offering a solution or any assistance, they suggested I write my feedback on a comment card. It felt dismissive and unhelpful, as if they were not genuinely interested in resolving my issues. I expected better customer service and felt disappointed in their lack of willingness to address my complaints directly.
