I had a very bad sleep there, at the early morning around 5 am suddenly i heard the cutting machine from the garden and the sound was over at least they needed to understand that we are taking the hotel room to relax not to weak up at 5 i hope they will understand

Not worth it. I had to change my room several times because they all stunk with an odor that I could not escape.
I could hardly sleep during my trip. I developed insect bites all over my legs so I think there were bed bugs too.
I had to check out early and go somewhere else.
Thoroughly disappointed with my experience.

Rose is very accommodating to us. I love the foods and the service. They are all kind and they smile always. Must try and visit this place. You can choose this place anytime and find the place immediately. They will greet and welcome you with smile.

It was nice food.staff are welcoming and friendly. Thanks to Rose , sarath and hinan for assisting us in Glass House restaurant.the ambiance was good quiet and classy.. Food is also great.. we will definitely comeback on this wonderful place🤍

The Iftar we had was amazing and the service is tops! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who generously served us appetizers and coffee. The buffet was so varied and rich bringing swiffs of international cuisine to Doha. Everything we tried was delicious and I especially loved the Lebanese and Indian food! We’ll definitely come back to the Glass House!

Close to the hospital I was visiting, quiet and comfortable room, great showers and nice breakfast

We had a lovely and enjoyable time while our stay. The dining at Glass House was superb and fabulous and especially our host Rami and Rose were exceptional and were always ready to cater our breakfast requests and always willing to help. They are very polite and an asset to this fine establishment. Also Sheila at reception who checked us in and was very helpful during our stay and guide us with helpful tips and activities to keep us busy throughout our trip.

The staff are nice and accomodating esp the Filipino staff. The food are nice. ❤️

Delicious food and absolutely excellent service. Our waitress, Ms. Rose, was very welcoming. The restaurant also had an ambiance that was relaxing and the decor is absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

The property initially had a peculiar air conditioning setup that made the hotel quite cold. However, this issue was promptly resolved when the team provided us with heaters for our room. The breakfast service offers a buffet only on Fridays and Saturdays; on other days, it is à la carte.

The front-of-house manager, Mohammed, deserves special recognition for his exceptional customer service. He immediately addressed our concerns about the air conditioning and the breakfast service on our first morning, ensuring everything improved significantly afterward.

As a thoughtful gesture, Mohammed went above and beyond by delivering an impressive assortment of cakes, treats, and fresh fruit to our room, adding a personal and generous touch to our stay. From that point on, the service was outstanding, making our overall experience thoroughly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time in the Spa. The amenities needs refurbishing but we had a great time using the facilities and the pool. The massage was great, very relaxing.
The spa staff are very helpful and kind. Well be back for sure. Thank you very much.

We were a large group of 5 families with kids. Thank you to Mr. Shearan & Ms. Septi because they were very accommodating. They arranged a long table for us. Our family ordered shrimp tempura, crab salad, crab mango maki, lobsters, and grilled slices of prime fillet. We enjoyed all of them. We will go back for sure.
