The staff were helpful and polite, especially the front of house. The room was spacious and the hotel was very accommodating when it came to access needs.
Hotel semplice ma pulito, vicino alla fermata della metro, personale cortese.
Everything was good staff amazing just two things atleast should leave one water bottle for each person in the room, and toothbrush and toothpaste. Will definatly visit and stay again
The room was very comfortable and cozy, and the staff was very helpful at all times. It was a great stay!

Il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Nous avons dormis les fenêtres ouverte bruit à côté mais pas vraiment dérangeant. Un petit meuble pour ranger ses vêtements serait le bien venu ainsi que des accroche serviettes. Les ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas toutes. Un trou a côté de la serrure on pouvait voir de l'extérieur et de l'intérieur.

Não correspondia à foto, as cortinas não fechavam bem, a janela da casa de banho também não, aparelhos estragados que não funcionavam como o aquecedor, e o secador (acabava por dar depois de se mexer nos fios), limpeza do quarto não muito boa
Não tinha serviço de cozinha.

On the positive side I can say that staff I spoke to were pleasant and polite but I was unfortunately catfished by The London Star - the reality didn’t match photos at all. I was half expecting some level of disappointment with it being so cheap but it’s certainly exceeded expectations. The dusty ancient carpet was triggering my asthma. Poor cyber security - my data was somehow leaked and I was receiving numerous phishing messages before my stay commenced Overall very uncomfortable
The carpet was filthy and damaged, whole room was in a very bad state of disrepair. Almost everything in the room was either dirty or damaged. Extremely loud fridge shared a double plug socket with a kettle but unfortunately only one plug worked. Tea and coffee provided but no teaspoon.
I was receiving numerous phishing messages before my arrival. The hotel doesn’t take their responsibility with cyber security very seriously at all
