If you're wondering, book the place.
Pros:

Fantastic stay. Apartment was clean and safe, neighborhood was wonderful and Patricia was a wonderful host, dealing with some crazy logistics on our part. My husband and I kept comparing her place to some places we stayed in Tuscany, Italy. Ecuador is a hidden gem! Also if you are traveling with a late arriving flight, have Patricia arrange airport transport, her driver is wonderful.

Cons:

Very little. Getting around Quito requires taxis, but that doesn't have anything to do with the room

Friendly Staff!
Pros:

It is a nice place to stay! Location is fine and feels safe! Rooms are fine, a little of humidity or enclosure smelling. It was clean! Fireplace only for decoration! Family environment!
