I didn't like to leave this hotel
Rooms are good.15th floor is good because of pool and city veiw
Lift is pathetic and painful. Check in service is very slow and poor
We stay in this hotel every time we visit family in Pekanbaru. The service is fantastic, all staff are very friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcomed like it was home. We had a few issues at first, but they quickly fixed without question. The facility’s are great gym, spa centre and infinity swimming pool located on the top floor. Great view of the city. If there was a suggestion that I could make would be to mark the food cards for breakfast identifying potential food allergies. “Photo of suggestion added to this review. I would highly recommend this hotel for family, couples and business traveler’s.

A beautiful big room and spacious bathroom. Great views from room and infinity pool on the roof. Very helpful staff and good restaurant.

Location is good. Connecting room available is good and convenient
The bathroom has urine smell due to pipe choking? Room 920, there is ongoing water 💧 puddle of water out from the tiles which is in front of the basin. Dangerous as guests may slip and fall. No floor mat to clean the puddle if waters. No hand towels. Pillow cases are old. My first stay in Feb 2025 was good but not the second time stay in July as the room is smelly at the bathroom. After feedback on 3rd night stay, then the urine smell is gone but the floor tiles that have water flowing out needs hacking and maintenance ultimately
