We stayed at the Royal Airport Hotel for one night both on our arrival in Croatia and again before our departure. The hotel's proximity to Zagreb Airport makes it an excellent choice for travelers seeking convenience and comfort.

During our first stay, we were assigned a ground-floor room that was very quiet and comfortable. The firm mattress provided a great night's sleep, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. While the room featured a jacuzzi bathtub, we would have personally preferred a walk-in shower.

On our return stay, our room was located on the first floor. It was slightly noisier due to guests occasionally slamming doors, but the room featured an excellent walk-in shower, which we greatly appreciated.

The highlight of both stays was undoubtedly the exceptional service at the hotel's Fork Restaurant. The food was outstanding, and compliments to the chef for consistently delivering delicious, high-quality meals. A special thank you goes to Domagoj, who was an amazing host. He made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Always smiling, attentive, and professional, nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience and made both stays memorable.

We would gladly stay at the Royal Airport Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient airport hotel with excellent dining and outstanding service.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is the luggage access ramp. We found it somewhat difficult and inconvenient to maneuver our suitcases, especially after a long journey.

Het was kort maar goed.
Pros:

Ik had redelijk laat geboekt en kwam ook redelijk laat aan. Toch was alles netjes in orde. Ontvangst aan de balie allervriendelijkst. Er werd met mij meegedacht. Er werd gevraagd of ik een taxi nodig had naar het vliegveld. Ondanks het late tijdstip kon ik toch nog wat eten.

Cons:

Volgende ochtend tijdens het wachten op de taxi zag ik, dat er "shuttle transport to airport" was. Nu weet ik niet of daarmee de taxi werd bedoeld, want de prijs van de taxi vond ik niet erg goedkoop.

Das Zimmer war ganz schön.

Cons:

Es gab vor 7 Uhr kein Frühstück obwohl es als Flughafenhotel für sich wirbt. Der Empfang war nicht sonderlich freundlich.
