Functional but far from easy or ideal
Pros:

We got in after midnight and the staff left a key for us. It all worked though we were apprehensive about being so late.

Cons:

The directions from the Zagreb airport were VERY misleading. The website and Chat GPT both indicated it was an easy walk from the airport - it most definitely was not, especially at 00:30 in the am, with luggage. Both indicated signage as well and we did not see one sign for the hotel. We would never have found it in the dark. Tell visitors to use a Taxi or Uber.

Proche Aéroport, très bon restaurant.

Cons:

Le coffre est tellement petit qu' il y a pas la palace pour un ordinateur. Produit de douche dans de petites enveloppes, c' est pas sérieux pour un 4****. Douche sans pression, pas de débit, 10 minutes pour se rincer, c est pas top.

Enjoyable, clean but missed hospitality tray. Staff friendly and efficient

Godt sted men der skal små justeringer.
Pros:

God og hjælpsom personale 👏. Der har ikke været vand i wc-en, men dette blev ordnet med at skifte room. God mad i restauranten også sendt om eftermiddagen.

Cons:

Ingen kaffe apparater hverken i stuerne eller ved reception, som er et problem for dem der skal tidlig afsted. Morgenmaden er først kl. 07.0. Ingen kaffe hvis du tager afsted tidligere. Hotel med 4 stjerner kan ikke være bekendt med sådan en service. Og der er ingen mulighed for at kompensere for morgenmaden selvom vi ikke har nået at spise den, da vi skulle tidligt af sted, og den har været inkluderet i prisen automatisk.
