Except Construction of a New Building opposite the Precious hotel but when I come next time to the Precious that building should be finished construction of it otherwise everything else been excellent 👍

Nice hotel but slightly out of the way beds were really comfortable which is important nice friendly staff if you're going to book ring them direct or email.
What I didn't like they are building another hotel really close so you are woken up at 8am decided to move opposite side of hotel but then was woken up at 5.30 bloody chickens making a right noise so moved back to old room. I starting walking to wonderland where all the bars are 15 min walk bankapour all restaurants are 10 min walk.

Pool was Fine elavator was good, small bars and restaurants right outside.The door a 7-11across the street.Good parking .Great security .Good laundry Good gym .Large bed and good sized room.Great value.
Tvs not smart TV. Bed needed mattress pad as sheet over plastic wa not good .Some gym equipment not working .No coffee packets included .Walls all white no pictures or personality .All suggestions but not deal breakers. Would gladly stay again .

The property itself, the staff, the room, etc., are all fine and well worth only $23 USD per night. We did not know prior to booking that there was construction going on next door which is very loud during the day. When that building is finished, this will be fine. They do need to change their bath towels, as they had a terrible smell. If they take care of this, everything will be fine. The gym and pool are ample and nice. They have security at night. We will stay here again after the construction is finished. We will bring our own towels and wash them ourselves.

The precious is a hotel that meets all your basic needs. It is not flashy but is extremely good value for money. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to single male travellers. However it is way better than staying in a hostel if you’re backpacking.
The room I stayed in needed a bit of a paint job. But it was fine. There were scuff marks on the walls and bathroom ceiling, it didn’t affect my comfort though.

A great stay overall! Check-in was quick and easy (500 Baht key deposit). My large, bright corner room was spotless, with daily checks keeping everything in order. Calm, respectful guests made for a peaceful atmosphere. The pool was clean and quiet, having it to myself most afternoons. Recommended— and even better for long-term stays.
Some road noise on the roadside rooms (earplugs needed), but I am a light sleeper.
