メッセージ連絡を見てもらえないが見ろと押し付けられる不公平体験
Pros:

有名チェーンホテルなので全てで一定の水準

Cons:

予約完了後すぐに24時を超える場合と駐車場についてのメッセージが来ます。必ず読めという内容で。その中には提携駐車場が満車の場合は近くの有料駐車場を自分で探せと言う内容があります。

残念ながら提携駐車場が満車でしたので近くの細い道を30分ほど探し、空かないか待ったのですが、全て満車、どうすることもできなかったのでメッセージを送りましたが完全に無視されました。こんなことは初めてです。チェックイン時確認したらメールを確認していなかったとのこと。宿泊者サイドは読んでいなかった場合の責任を押し付ける内容が書かれている一方、ホテル側は全く見ていないようです。そして定型文しか言いません。フロントがどこまで関与しているかわからないのでそれ以上言う気にもなれず、そう言うホテルなんだということです。

電話口では車種を問われたので答えたのですが何度言っても通じず、別にマイナーな車なわけでもないトヨタで15年以上ラインナップされている現行車ですが間違えられ、直前の確認でも間違えられました。車種がわからないなら聞かずに色でも聞けばいいのに。

部屋が洗濯機の正面でカラカラなって、ずーっと待っている人の話し声が聞こえている以外は普通のアパホテルでした。

アパホテルの看板が泣いてるよ。

新婚旅行で九州に来たので、忘れられない思い出になりました。始めアパホテルを利用したのですが最高に心地よかったです‼️

ほかのアパホテルより壁が薄いのかな？
Pros:

宿泊すると駐車場が一泊500円と破格で使える
アパホテルはベッドも枕の質も他のビジネスホテルより良い。部屋は無駄がない丁度良い大きさで日当たりも良かった。特にアパホテルは歯ブラシがビジネスホテルにしてはクオリティが高く洗面所に置いてるコップも使い捨てなのが良い。今回の部屋は窓も換気で少し開けれたので嬉しかったです。
目の前に居酒屋があり、利用したがとても美味しく地元料理が頂けました

これはホテルのせいではないが夜中赤ちゃんがずっと泣いてて寝れなかった…１時間程度我慢したが限界が来てフロントに電話したら部屋交換で提案された。こちらの連れは寝ていたので起こすわけにもいかず、しばらくまた我慢…しかし、相当うるさかったので連れも起きてしまい、明け方４時に部屋交換してもらった。部屋の外に出ると廊下中鳴き声が響いててかなり苦痛でした。部屋交換の際、部屋に新しいルームキーを持ってくるのではなくフロントまで取りに来るよう言われたのでその対応は少し不満でした。パジャマにボサボサ頭で荷物抱えてフロントまで行くの？と…
とりあえず荷物をまとめて急いでフロントに向かい、部屋のルームキーを返すと「２枚お渡ししてますか、もう一枚ありますか？」って寝不足で急いで荷物まとめた人に言うセリフではないですよ。
旅行好きで毎月旅行で色々なホテルを利用します。特にコスパの良いアパホテル自体は何度か利用していてお気に入りですが今回だけはハズレでしたね
子連れと大人、分けるとかできないかな？
